2020년 기준 재한외국인은 2,036,075명, 결혼이민자는 168,594명으로 나타난다. 2020년 국제결혼건수는 15,341건으로 한국남자와 외국여자는 11,100건, 한국여자와 외국남자는 4,241건이다. 이 중에서 특히 결혼이민여성은 언어와 문화의 차이 때문에 우리 사회에 적응하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 일반적으로 결혼이민여성들은 언어 소통에 대한 프로그램에 가장 관심이 많지만, 이제는 이러한 단순한 프로그램에서 더 나아가 우리 시민으로서 그들의 능력을 계발하기 위한 평생교육 프로그램도 제공되어야 한다. 그동안 결혼이민여성을 위한 평생교육에 대한 연구는 다문화가정을 중심으로 이루어져 왔지만, 이제는 우리 사회의 구성원으로서 그 능력을 발휘하는 것은 물론 시민의식을 함양하기 위한 평생교육체계가 모색되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 이를 위해 결혼이민여성을 위한 평생교육기관과 프로그램에 대해 살펴보고 보다 합리적인 평생교육 체계를 모색하고자 하였다. As of 2020, there are 2,036,075 foreigners in Korea and 168,594 immigrant through marriage. The number of international marriages in 2020 is 15,341, with 11,100 Korean men and foreign women and 4,241 Korean women and foreign men. Marriage immigrant women are many difficulties in adapting to our society due to differences in language and culture. In general, marriage immigrant women are most interested in language communication programs. But now, not only programs for language communication but also lifelong education programs to develop their abilities as our citizens must be provided. Until now, research on lifelong education for marriage immigrant women has been focused on multicultural families. Now, as a member of our society, it is necessary to find a lifelong education system to not only display its abilities but also to cultivate civic consciousness. For this purpose, this study looked into lifelong education institutions and programs for marriage immigrant women and tried to find a more reasonable lifelong education system.

이 연구는 노인의 삶의 질을 향상하기 위해서는 무엇보다 근력의 강화가 필요하며, 이를 위한 하나의 방법으로 노인복지시설 특히 주간보호센터를 이용한 실버피트니스 보급방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로 우리나라 노인들의 특성과 그 변화 그리고 건강상태에 대해 공식통계자료인 노인실태조사를 통한 문헌분석 자료를 활용하였다. 노인의 건강과 운동 실태를 바탕으로 이른바 실버피트니스를 보급하여야 할 필요성에 대해서도 문헌분석 자료를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 실버피트니스는 노인복지시설에서 개별적으로 수행하기 어렵다는 것이다. 둘째, 지방자치단체나 공공기관에서 예산과 인력을 투입하여 프로그램과 체계적인 보급방안을 마련하여야 한다는 것이다. 고령노인의 삶의 질을 위하여 우리 사회 모두가 관심을 가져야 한다는 것을 시사하고, 노인의 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 실천적 방법을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study needed to strengthen muscle strength above all else to improve the quality of life for the senior, and as a way to do so, it was to find ways to distribute silver fitness using welfare facilities for the Daycare Center. As a research method looked at the characteristics, changes and health status of the elderly in our country through the official statistics. We also looked at the need to spread so-called Silver Fitness based on the Fact-finding survey on status of senior through a study. The study found that first, Silver Fitness is difficult to perform individually in Senior Daycare Center. Second, therefore, local governments or public institutions should invest their budget and manpower to prepare programs and systematic distribution plans. It is meaningful that it suggested that all of our societies should pay attention to the quality of life of the elderly and suggested practical ways to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

연구 목적: 이 연구는 사회과학도를 위한 ‘향후 중국 경제의 흐름을 결정할 가장 중요한 요인은 무엇이며, 그로 인해 중국 경제의 미래는 어떻게 전개될까’라는 질문을 기반으로 작성한 논문이다. 연구 방법: 중국경제의 성장변화를 개혁이전시기, 경제개혁조정시기, 고속성장시기, 성장하락시기, 균형발전시기 등 다섯 가지 시기로 구분해서 알아보고, 현재까지의 문제점과 경제성장 변화의 흐름에 대해서 연구하였다. 연구 내용: 현재까지의 중국의 경제변화와 문제점을 이해하고, 이러한 문제점들의 중요요인이 중국인의 결과 지향적 사고에 있다는 것을 주장하기 위해 기획되었다. 그리하여 본론에서 중국의 경제변화와 문제점, 그리고 중국인의 인식이 초래하는 경제문제들에 대해서 알아보았다. 결론 및 제언: 경제 성장을 위해 사회정의와 시장 논리를 외면하지 말아야 함은 물론이다. 국유 업체의 개혁 목표를 재설계함으로써 공정한 나눔을 실천하는 토대로 삼고, 민간 업체에 대한 감세 등의 방식을 통해 민간 업체가 발전할 수 있는 안정적 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. This study is based on the question for social scientists, “What are the most important factors that will determine the future flow of the Chinese economy, and how will the future of the Chinese economy unfold?” The growth changes of the Chinese economy were divided into five periods: pre-reform, economic reform adjustment, fast growth, growth decline, and balanced development, and the current problems and trends of economic growth change were studied. It was designed to understand China’s economic changes and problems so far, and to argue that the important factor in these problems lies in Chinese result-oriented thinking. Thus, in the main body, we looked at China’s economic changes and problems, and the economic problems caused by Chinese perception. Of course, social justice and market logic should not be ignored for economic growth. By redesigning the reform goals of state-owned companies, it is necessary to use them as the basis for practicing fair sharing and provide a stable environment for private companies to develop through tax cuts for private companies.
