창업자의 창업 실패 모형에 대한 탐색적 연구: 시스템 사고에 의한 접근

Most founders have failed. Why do many startups fail ? We can consider there is a single-minded thought that people easily think about entrepreneurship. Anyone can start a business, but very few people succeed in starting a business. This is because the process of entrepreneurship has a complex structure beyond simple structure. In this paper, the structure of entrepreneurship is approached by system dynamics. The structure explains the interaction of the founder with the entrepreneurial environment and the entrepreneurial resource through causal loop diagram. This paper is an exploratory study on the factors of start - up failure. It is used to analyze the entrepreneurial structure based on the theory of reasoned action and ser-M theory. It will give the meaningful points through systems thinking approach to the people who prepare for start-up.

This study suggests ways to identify and reduce the risk to the petrochemical industry in Yeosu. In particular, it has a higher density of facilities than other petrochemical industrial complexes. In addition, Jeonnam province has the highest number of "boundary" alarms issued by the Ministry of Employment and Labor"s Danger Warning System and is exposed to constant potential risk. However, the GIS Center does not have geographical information on outside pipelines of all tenants. Therefore, when new pipes are added or replaced, they are exposed to the risk of fire, explosion or leakage. To reduce the risk of Yeosu National Industrial Complex, divide the industrial complex into three sections and investigate the geographical information about the piping. In addition, the potential risk of Yeosu National Industrial Complex should be lowered by establishing a three-dimensional integrated piping management system based on the GIS center in connection with life pipelines outside the industrial complex in Yeosu.

The purpose of this study is to study the structural problems regarding the Big Bath related to earnings management to companies. This paper examines the behavior of Big Bath on CEO changes and suggests alternatives to structural problems. CEO are always tempted to control earnings. This is because the ability of CEO is evaluated according to how much profit the company makes. It is natural that it is necessary to raise profits under CEO`s management, but it is very difficult actually. Earnings adjustments under accounting method can be made easily. The previous study showed a new CEO had tried to arrange the bad debts through the allowance for accounts receivable loss as much as possible. In other words, the new CEO does not have responsibility for management on the first year. Through it, a new CEO can show the improvement in earnings from the following year and receive the trust from shareholders and investors. In this study, we will look at the system structure of the Big Bath. Through this, we will look at the problems of the structure of the company and consider the alternative.

어린이제품 및 안전교육을 위한 BCM기반 거버넌스(기관) 도입의 필요성에 관한 연구

정부는 어린이가 사용하는 제품의 안전을 확보하여 어린이에게 안전한 환경을 조성하기 위한 기본적인 사항을 규정함으로써 제품으로 인한 어린이 사고를 예방하고, 어린이 건강의 유지와 증진에 기여하고자 어린이 제품안전특별법을 제정, 공포하였다. 그러나 어린이제품법의 내용은 최종 소비자인 어린이의 해당 제품사용시 발생할 수 있는 안전사고 예방 및 제품의 안전한 사용을 위한 어린이제품에 대한 안전교육사항이 부재한 상황이다. 또한 법과 제도의 실행은 어린이제품 제조업 및 유통업 등 관련 산업 활동의 규제요인으로 작용되어 산업이 위축될 수 있는 민원발생의 여지를 갖고 있다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 법과 제도의 취지를 살리는 한편, 관련 산업계의 활성화를 위한 매개체 역할을 할 수 있는 거버넌스를 확보한 기관의 역할이 중요 하다. 본 연구는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 거버넌스 기관의 역할과 필요성 및 해당 거버넌스 기관이 갖추어야할 요건과 사업연속성(BCM)을 기반으로 한 운영의 사항을 제시한다. 연구결과에 기반한 거버넌스 기관의 활동은 어린이제품법의 제정목적 달성과 관련 산업의 활성화를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Korea government enacted and proclaimed the law, Special Act for Safety of Children Product, for the purpose of contributing children’s health maintain and enhancement, preventing children’s accident caused by the product with regulating the basic article for safety environment of children resulted from securing children’s product safety. But, the contents of the law does not deal with educative subject including prevention of negligent accident on the way of using and safe use of the product. Additionally, implement of the law and regulation has fault to find with projecting civil complaint resulted in related industry shrinking attributable effect of regulation fact. In order to solve this problem, the role of governance organization being capable for the medium to activate related industry and take performance of the law and regulation is very important.This study suggests the role, necessity and condition of eligibility of the governance organization to solve the problem and operation procedure based on business continuity management. Activity of the governance based on this study will achieve the purpose of enact the law and anticipates activation of the related industry.
