In this study, the automatic grease injector is used to inject the grease in the operation of the hydraulic breaker. In this case, the study of the life time of the device and the main failure mode is required in the related industry and the life evaluation is studied. The main failure mode spool wear and valve area leakage have been confirmed. And the life test result confirmed the guaranteed life time B10 324,292 cycle. Hydraulic breaker is an attachment mounted on excavator which is a construction machine. It supplies pressure and flow rate generated from engine and H.P.U of excavator and moves the piston up and down to strike the Tool(Chisel) and crush the workpiece. At this time, grease is periodically supplied to the Tool(Chisel) and the bushing to make the hydraulic breaker work smoothly. The physical data conditions of the actual vehicle conditions such as the operating pressure and the flow rate of the hydraulic breaker were analyzed, and the grease injecting device was reproduced and the life test was conducted. and we have developed AGP(Auto Grease Pump) life test equipment.
화상 처리를 이용한 저에너지 전자회절시스템(LEED) 개발

CCD Camera와 frame grabber로 얻은 digital LEED pattern 화상으로부터 spot intensity 및 intensity profile을 구하는 software를 개발하였다. 특히 기존의 방법보다 좀 더 합리적으로 background intensity를 제거하는 algorythm을 적용하였다. 본 software를 이용하여 Cu(001) surface LEED spot의 I/V characteristic을 얻었고, Davis and Noonan의 data와 비교하여 일치하는 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 본 system을 이용하여 매우 쉽고, 편리하게 RHEED spot intensity oscillation을 측정할 수 있었다. Image processing software is developed to get spot intensity from the frame of a LEED pattern obtained by using a CCD Camera and a frame grabber. Improved algorythm for more reasonable background substraction is implemented in this software. I/V Characteristics of some spots from Cu(001) surface are collected. These results are compared with those of Davis and Noonan and found to be consistent with the latter results. This software is also applied to measure RHEED spot intensity oscillation, and gives clear oscillations very easily.
퍼지셋을 이용한 피어싱 및 굽힘공정을 갖는 전기제품의 공정순서 결정기법 개발

This paper describes a research work to develop a computer-aided design for the product made by progressive working of bending and piercing. An approach to the system for progressive working is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of three main modules, which are input and shape treatment, flat pattern layout, strip layout modules. The system is designed by considering several factors, such as piercing and bending sequences by fuzzy set theory, complexities of blank geometry, punch profiles, and the availability of a press equipment. Strip layout drawing generated in the strip layout module is presented in 3-D graphic forms, including piercing and bending sequences with punch profiles divided into for external area. Results obtained using the modules enable the manufacturer for progressive working of electric products to be more efficient in this field.
