사회적 자본이 재난피해자의 사회적응에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

사회적 자본이 재난피해자의 사회적응에 미치는 영향력과 이들 간의 영향 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 재난피해자의 사회적응을 돕기 위한 방안을 모색할 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 국립재난안전연구원에서 제공하는 재난피해자 삶의 변화 추적조사 패널 3차 조사 자료를 활용하여 재난피해자 총 2,311명을 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 자본은 재난피해자의 사회적응에 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 자본은 재난피해자의 회복탄력성에도 정적(+) 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 사회적 자본과 재난피해자의 사회적응과의 관계에서 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 사회적 자본과 회복탄력성을 증가시키고 사회적응을 높이기 위한 방안을 제안하였으며, 어떻게 하면 빠르게 극복하여 원래 상태로 회복할 수 있는가라는 국가 재난정책 패러다임에 맞춰 재난피해자의 사회적응과 관련한 이론적 근거를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. This paper aims to prove the influence of social capital on the social adjustment of disaster victims and the mediated effects of resilience in their influencing relationship, thereby seeking a way to help the social adjustments of disaster victims. For this study, research data from the third follow-up survey on the live of disaster victims, provided by the National Disaster Management Research Institute, was used for the final analysis of 2,311 disaster victims. The results are as follows. First and foremost, social capital was shown to have a positive influence on the social adjustment of disaster victims. Secondly, social capital was shown to have a positive influence on the resilience of disaster victims. Third, resilience was proven to mediate in the relationship between social capital and the social adjustment of disaster victims. Based on such results, a measure was proposed to increase the social capital, resilience, and the social adjustment. Moreover, theoretical basis on the social adjustment of disaster victims was provided in accordance with the national disaster policy paradigm of how to recover and restore quickly.
