      • "香草"×"LA Burley 21" (Nicotiana tabacum L.)의 Fe_2 世代에 있어서 遺傳力 및 相關

        Parental, F_1, F_2, B_1 and B_2 generations derived from crossing high total alkaloids "Hyangchio" (Korea native tobacco variety) with low alkaloids "Burley 21" (Nicotiana tabacum L.) were evaluated to obtain the genetic informations to make the isogenic line of low alkaloids "Hyangchio" tobacco variety by backcross. The genotypic correlation coefficients between total alkaloids and yield, number of leaves, days to flower and plant height were appeared in the range of -0.21 to -0.44, and showed yield, high positive correlations with number of leaves, days to flower and plant height in F_2 generation. The estimated number of effective genes for total alkaloids was two to three. Heterosis(%) of F_1 hybrid exhibited negative value except for total alkaloids, and were appeared partial dominance for plant, number of leaves and days to flower and no dominant evidence for yield and total alkaloids. Heritabilities estimated for five characters were in the range of 72.63% to 93.04% in the broad sense. The narrow sense heritabilities were 57.97% for total alkaloids and 82.00% to 88.49% the other characters.

      • 무우 F_1의 雜種强勢와 形質相關

        This study was performed to obtain the basic informations for F_1 hybrid breeding of radishes. The complete diallel set, including five parents, ten F_1's and their ten reciprocals were grown. Heterosis of F_1 hybrids was evaluated for leaf number, leaf length, leaf weight, root diameter, root length and root weight. The correlations between the root and the other characters were determined. The results obtained were summarized as follows: (1) Positive or negative heterosis and heterobeltiosis were observed in the investigated characters depending upon F_1 combinations. Average percentage heterosis in all the characters was positive and average percentage heterobeltisis was also positive except leaf number. (2) F_1 showed the significant differences between average F_1 and parent, and F_1 values were higher than parent in the characters. (3) In F_1 the root weight showed highly positive correlations with leaf length, leaf weight, root diameter and root length.

      • 除草劑 Saturn-S에 對한 水稻品種間 反應 및 抵抗性遺傳

        除草劑 Saturn-S에 對한 水稻品種間의 藥害反應 및 抵抗性遺傳樣式을 空明하여 除草劑 藥害抵抗性品種育成의 基礎資料를 얻고자 本硏究를 遂行하였으며 얻어진 結果는 다음과 같다. 室內試驗에서 水稻品種間 藥害反應은 苗齡, 溫度, 土性, 土深, 畓田條件에 關係없이 大休로 같은 傾向을 나타내었다. 室內試驗에서 Japonica型은 全品種이, Indica x Japonica型은 水原264號, 密陽21號, 密陽42號가 抵抗性이었으나 其他 많은 品種들은 이들보다 藥害抵抗性이 弱하였고, 特히 統一, 維新, 水原284號, 裡里338號 및 魯豊등은 感受性을 나타내었다. 圃場試驗에서도 Japonica型은 全品種이, Indica x Japonica型은 17品種中 密陽21號, 水原264號, 密陽42號가 그리고 Indica型은 64品種中 Kn1b-361-1-8-6-9-1만이 抵抗性을 나타내어 室內試驗과 같은 樣相을 나타내었다. F_1 및 F_2에 있어서 藥害抵抗性은 優性으로 作用하는 것으로 推定되었다. This study was conducted to obtain basic information on the rice breeding by clarifying rice varietal responses and inheritance of tolerance to herbicide(Saturn-S). Rice varietal responses to Staturn-S showed the same tendency regardless of various treatment conditions such as application time, temperature, soil texture, soil depth, land condition in pot experiment. In pot experiment all Japonica type varieties and Suwon #264, Milyang #42, Milyang #21 among Indica x Japonica type varieties were tolerant but the other Indica x Japonica type varieties such as Tongil, Yushin, Suwon#284, Iri#338, Noupoung were susceptible to Saturn-S. In field experiment all Japonica type varieties and Milang#21, Milyang#42, Suweon#264 among 17 Indica x Japonica type varieties were tolerant but Knlb-361-1-8-6-9-1 among 64 Indica type varieties was tolerant to Staturn-S. Tolerance seemed to be dominance over susceptibility by the reaction distribution pf parents, F_1, and F_2 plants.

      • 二面交配에 依한 고추果梗의 遺傳分析

        고추 育種의 基礎資料를 얻고자 品種特性이 相異한 4個 品種을 二面交配하여 얻은 F_1 12組合과 新品種을 材料로하여 雜種强勢, 優性의 程度 및 方向, 遺傳力을 推定한바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 各形質에 있어서 F_1組合에 따라 正 또는 負의 heterosis와 heterobeltiosis를 나타내었고, 平均 heterosis는 果梗長, 果梗徑에서 正, 果梗重은 負, 平均 heterobeltiosis는 모두 負의 方向으로 雜種强勢를 보였다. 果梗長, 果梗徑, 果梗重 모두 部分優性을 나타내었다. 果梗長, 果梗徑은 正의 方向으로 優性을 나타 내었으나, 果梗重은 負의 方向으로 優性을 나타내었다. 遺傳力은 果梗長, 果梗徑, 果梗重등 모든 形質에서 相當히 높았다. This study was conducted to obtain basic information for the red pepper breeding. A complete dialle set(including the reciprocals) of four aprents were grown in a randomized block design with two replications. The percentage heterosis and heterobeltiosis, degree and drirection of dominace. and heritability were evaluated. Positive or negative heterosis and heterobeltiosis were observed in all the pedunce characters depending upon F_1 combinations. Average percentage of heterosis for peduncle length and width were shown in positive values, while peduncle weight was shown negative. Average percentage of heterobeltiosis in all characters of peduncle were shown in negative values. The length, width and weight of peduncle showed partial dominance. Direction of dominance were show positive in peduncle length and width, and negative in peduncle weight. Heritability values estimated in all characters were high in peduncle of red pepper.

      • 水稻新品種의 遺傳力, 相關, 經路係數 및 適應性

        This studies were performed to get the basic informations for the breeding of rice. The heritabilities, correlations and path-coefficients were estimated and the analysis for adaptability was made. Fourteen varieties or strains including Tongil were used for this studies and evaluated at 29 sites. The results obtained were summarized as follows: (1) Heritabilities of the days to heading, culm length, number of panicle and 1000-grain weight were high, and those of maturing and milling rate were low. (2) Yield showed a positive correlation with number of grains per panicle. The culm length was negatively associated with yield in genotypic correlations. (3) Direct effects of number of grain per panicle, number of panicle, maturing rate and 1000-grain weight on the yield were positive and their direct effects were P_59 = 1.1727, P_49 = 0.9295, P_69 = 0.8382, and P_89 = 0.7817, respectively, and direct effect of number of grain per panicle was the highest. (4) Milyang 23, Iri 325, Iri 319 and Milyang 19 were stable in all sites tested and it was seemed that Milyang 23 was the highest productive variety with more stable adaptability at all sites.
