덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정 환류체계 구축 및 고도화 방안 연구

본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 학생들의 학습역량 강화를 위한 비교과교육과정 환류체계를 구축하고 그 고도화 방안을 마련하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석과 전문가 회의와 같은 두 가지의 절차가 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교가 학생들의 학습역량 강화를 목적으로 비교과통합관리센터란 조직을 신설한 후 비교과프로그램의 시행을 위한 출발점인 계획 단계에서부터 개발, 운영, 평가 단계에 이르기까지 프로그램의 질 개선을 위해 수반되어야 할 제반 환류 조치 사항이 교육과정 관점 및 절차 맥락에서 제시되었다. 또한, 덕성여자대학교가 현행에 구축하여 적용하고 있는 환류 체계가 보다 질 높은 발전성과 타당성을 갖추기 위해 고도화되어야 할 조건과 방안을 연계적으로 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정 환류체계 구축 및 고도화 방안은 비교과프로그램의 질 개선 기반이 될 뿐 아니라, 타 대학교에서 역시 활발히 추진해야 하는 흐름과 노력으로 분석될 수 있었다. This study was conducted with the aim of establishing a feedback system for the extra curriculum to reinforce the learning competencies of Duksung Women’s University students and to prepare a plan for its enhancement. The research method consisted of two procedures: literature analysis and expert meetings. The research was presented in the context of curriculum perspectives and procedures that should be accompanied by feedback measures to improve the quality of the program, from the planning stage to the development, operation, and evaluation stage, after Duksung Women’s University established an organization called Integrated Management Center of Extra Curriculum. In addition, the condition and plan to be advanced in order to have higher quality development and validity of the feedback system that Duksung Women’s University has established and applied in the present are presented in connection. As a result of the study, the construction and upgrading of the feedback system of the extra curriculum of Duksung Women’s University was analyzed not only as the basis for improvement of the quality of the comparative program, but also as the flow and effort that other universities should actively promote.

비교과프로그램 참여 대학생의 학습 자기효능감 차이에 관한 연구: 덕성여자대학교 학습 지원 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 학습 지원 사례를 중심으로 하여 비교과프로그램 참여 대학생의 학습 자기효능감에 관한 차이를 분석하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 실증적 분석 기법이 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 비교과프로그램에 참여한 대학생들의 학습 자기효능감 차이에 대한 분석 결과가 제시되었고, 구체적으로는 설문 응답자들의 인구통계학적 특성과 비교과프로그램 학습 자기효능감 측정도구에 대한 타당도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 학년 및 소속 단과대학별 비교과프로그램 학습 자기효능감의 차이 분석이 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 비교과프로그램에 참여한 대학생들은 그렇지 않은 대학생들에 비해 비교과프로그램의 학습 자기효능감 수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in learning self-efficacy of college students participating in extracurricular education programs, focusing on the case of learning support at Duksung Women’s University. The empirical analysis method was constructed as the research method. The contents of this study were presented by the analysis results of the difference in learning self-efficacy of college students who participated in the extracurricular education programs. Specifically, the analysis of the demographic characteristics of the respondents, the validity analysis of the measurement tool for the extracurricular education programs learning self-efficacy, the correlation analysis, and the difference of the learning self-efficacy of the extracurricular education programs by grade and affiliated colleges were presented. The results of this study showed that the college students who participated in the extracurricular education programs had a difference in the level of learning self-efficacy of the extracurricular education programs compared to the college students who did not.

학교-지역사회 연계 장애인평생교육 지원체제 정착 구조: 거점 대학 지정을 통한 장애인평생교육 학교 토대화 추진

본 연구는 학교-지역사회 연계 장애인평생교육 지원체제의 정착 구조를 마련하여 거점 대학 지정을 통한 장애인평생교육 학교 토대화를 추진하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석을 통한 기초 근거 및 배경을 마련한 후 전문가 회의를 병행하는 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 학교-지역사회 연계 장애인평생교육 지원체제의 정착 구조를 위하여 거점 대학을 선정·지정하여 장애인평생교육의 학교 토대화를 추진할 수 있는 모델과 적용방안이 제시되었다. 현행의 특수학교(급) 및 전공과 중심의 학교에서 지역 유관기관으로의 전환을 통한 성인기 장애인의 사후지원 체제에 대한 문제인식을 개선하는 데 중점을 두어 연구 내용을 다양하게 마련하였다. 연구 결과, 거점 대학 지정을 통한 장애인평생교육 학교 토대화 추진은 장애인을 위한 장기적 성인생활 차원의 교과과정과 평생교육기관 및 전문인력자격 양성을 실제화한다는 측면이 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to establish a structure of the support system for lifelong education for the disabled through the linkage between schools and communities, and to promote the foundation of lifelong education schools for the disabled through the designation of base universities. The research method consists of a procedure of conducting expert meetings after preparing the basic basis and background through literature analysis. The contents of this study are the model and application plan that can promote the foundation of the school for the lifelong education of the disabled by selecting and designating the base university for the settlement structure of the lifelong education support system for the disabled connected with the schools and the community. The study was focused on improving the awareness of the problem of the post-support system of adults with disabilities through the transition from the current special schools and majoring courses to local related organizations. As a result of the study, the promotion of the foundation of lifelong education schools for the disabled through the designation of base universities is analyzed in terms of the long-term adult life curriculum for the disabled, and the practicalization of lifelong education institutions and professional manpower qualifications.

장애인평생교육사의 전문적 역량 수행 범위 조직화: 코디네이터형-전문교사형 자격 분류 융합체계 개발

본 연구는 개정 「평생교육법」에 근거한 장애인평생교육 지원체제 구축 및 활성화를 촉구하기 위한 일환으로 전문인력 차원의 장애인평생교육사의 전문적 역량 수행 범위를 조직화하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석을 통한 이론적 검토의 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 장애인평생교육분야가 교육학의 한 고유 영역이면서 일반평생교육분야와 상호 동등한 범주로 세부적이고 변별적인 학문, 실천 근거를 마련해야 한다는 측면에 기반하여 장애인평생교육사를 양성하고 자격화제도를 수립할 수 있는 유형과 방략이 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 장애인평생교육에 대한 교육학적 이론 및 실천을 전공 단위로 구축하고 있는 대학의 교육학과나 특수교육과 등에서 현행에 편성 및 운영하고 있는 전공교육과정을 기반으로 장애인평생교육사 양성 융합(협동, 연계)전공을 구축해야 할 필요성을 분석할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to organize the scope of professional competence of lifelong educators for the disabled at the level of professional manpower as part of the promotion and establishment of the system for supporting lifelong education for the disabled based on the revised Lifelong Education Act. The research method consisted of a procedure of theoretical review through literature analysis. Based on the aspect that the field of lifelong education for the disabled is a unique area of education and needs to provide detailed and discriminatory learning and practice grounds for general lifelong education, the types and strategies for fostering disabled lifelong educators and establishing a qualification system were proposed as research contents. According to the study, it was possible to analyze the need to establish a convergence (cooperation, linkage) of lifelong educators for the disabled based on the major curriculum currently organized and operated by the department of education or special education at universities that are building educational theories and practices for the disabled.
