본 연구에서는 학점은행제 성인학습자들의 학습을 보다 효과적으로 촉진시킬 수 있는 개 별화 전략을 모색하기 위혜 , 현재 학점은행제 과정에 참여하고 있는 성인들의 학습자로서의 특성인 학습양식이 성별 및 연령, 진학동기 등과 같은 인구학적 변인과 그들이 참여하고 있는 교육기관의 유형에 따라 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다 - 조사대상은 현재 학점은행제를 운영하고 있는 5개의 기관과 비교집단 (일반대학생)에서 총 513명이었으며 조사도구는 Felder 와 Solomon (1993) 학습양식 척도를 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학위를 취득하기 위한 학점은행제라고 하더라도, 학점은행제 성인학습자들은 그들의 진학동기 및 교육기관선택 이유가 다양하며 일반대학생과는 다른 학습양식의 수준을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 학점은행제 교육기관 유형에 따라 학습자의 성별, 연령, 진학동기, 기관만족도, 기관선택이유에 있어 유의미한 차이를 나타내고 있으며' 이러한 특징을 고려한 후에도 개별 교육 기관들의 독특한 학습문화 및 특성으로 인해 학습자들의 학습양식의 수준이 유의미하게 다른 약 셋째, 학점은행제 성인학습자들의 성별, 연령, 교육수준. 진학동기 등에 따른 학습양식에 유의미한 차이가 존재하였다. In our Study, we tried to search individualized adult learning strategies for adult learner in national credit bank system. The main purpose of this dissertation is to examine the learning style of adult learner in credit bank system and correlations of variables such as gender, age, motivation to entering the credit bank system and types of institutions. In other to achieve this propose, the survey was taken into 513 adult learner from 5 credit bank organizations in Seoul. The instrument of learning style is Felder and Solomon's learning style(993). Survey data were analyzed through the SPSSWIN 10.0 program. The results of this study are as followings. First, learning styles of adult learners in credit bank system are different with college students. Second, there are significant differences in learning styles according to their organizations. Third, there are significant differences in learning styles according to gender, age, education level. and motivation to entering the credit bank system.

청소년 심리 ; 자아관련 변인을 중심으로 한 비행청소년의 문제행동 결정요인

본 연구에서는 비행청소년을 대상으로 문제행동과 자아관련 변인(자아중심성, 자아존중감, 자아정체감)의 관계를 분석하고 자아관련 변인들을 중심으로 한 문제행동의 결정요인과 이들의 상대적 영향력을 조사하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 춘천소년원에 수감 중인 299명의 비행청소년이었다. 연구대상을 연령별로 보면, 12세가 2명(0.7%), 13세가 9명(3.0%), 14세 27명(9.0%), 15세 88명(29.4%), 16세 96명(32.1%), 그리고 17세 52명(17.4%), 그리고 19세가 4명(1.3%)이었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문제행동들 중에서 유흥업소 출입과 음주는 다른 문제행동들과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문제행동을 전체적으로 보느냐 아니면 각각으로 나누어 보느냐에 따라 자아관련 변인과의 상관에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 자아중심성과 자아정체감의 경우 이들을 하나의 개념으로 파악하느냐 아니면 여러 하위개념으로 나누어 다루느냐에 따라 문제행동과의 관계에 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로 비행청소년의 문제행동을 결정하는 요인들로는 상상속의 청중, 목표지향성, 그리고 대인관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the relationship between problem behavior and self-related variables(egocentrism, self-esteem, self-identity), and to investigate the predictors and their relative importance of these variables on problem behavior in inmate adolescents. The subjects of the study were 299 inmate adolescents in Chuncheon Juvenile Reformatory. Among them, there were 2 twelve years old, 9 thirteen year old, 27 fourteen years old, 88 fifteen years old, 96 sixteen years old, 52 seventeen years old, and 4 nineteen years old boys. The findings were as follows. First, experiences of prohibited places for adolescents and drinking were significantly related to other problem behaviors. Second, the relationship between problem behavior and self-related variables was different from whether problem behavior was analyzed by totally or individually. Third, there were different results about the relationship between egocentrism, self-identity, and problem behavior, whether egocentrism and self-identity were considered by totally or individually. Finally, imaginary audience, goal-directedness, and interpersonal relation were important predictors of problem behavior in inmate adolescents.
