        This study was to investigate the relationship between the aged and leisure activity. The major findings from this study can be summarized as followings; First, there was a significant difference of leisure satisfaction between participants and nonparticipants. Second, there were significant relationship between subscales (psychological, educational, social, relaxation, physiolosical, and environmental) of leisure satisfaction and participation Conclusively, the research suggests that leisure activity would be able to enhance leisure satisfaction in old aged.

        1. It is necessary to develop and promote the physical eduacation program fitting to individual physical fitness for the child, youth, the old, Women, and working people. 2. It is necessary to organise the adminstration units for "sports for all" publicizing and education the people in the sports adminstration organization. 3. It is necessary to seek the effective initiation of "sports for all" education to utilize spare time. 4. It is necessary to promote a given condition in which people will be able to participate the sports activities. 5. It is necessary to expand the public sports facilities in relation to city sports and recreational parks. 6. It is necessary to creat and develop "sports for all" program and build up the organization of community and vocational sports activities. 7. It is necessary to educate and produce the "sports for all" leaders in the goverment. 8. Long range plan is necessary to develop sports facilities. 9. Elits sport and mass sports should be effectively utilized.

      • 生産職과 事務職의 健康 및 스포츠活動에 對한 調査 硏究

        The consciousness structure of workers(378 : production worker : 231, clerk : 147) in industry region of I city, Junlabookdo on their health, leisure and health management, researched and analyzed through the book and field survey, is as follows. 1. The fatigue Most of them(production worker : 67.5%, Clerk : 57.1%) feels the fatigue in health and this fatigue is divided into phisical fatigue and psychological fatigue due to the long working time. The fatigue of production worker(52.4%) is due to the over working time. 2. The use of leisure Though they have a leisure(2 or 3 hours per day), they don't recognize the leisure in the use of leisure. They spend most of the leisure in watching the T.V set, listening the radio and house keeping, And their prior sequence in using the leisure is mount climbing, fishing and sports. 3. The sports activity for health management. Their favorite sports sequences is as follows : Production worker : Soccer, Tennis, Table tennis, Jogging. Clerk : Tennis, Badminton, Soccer. The reason for this result is that they select the sports activity not causing the cost and being accessible in company and other places. 4. Conclusion of the study In the study we find the fact that production worker feels the physical fatigue and the clerk feels the psychological fatigue. We can solve this problem by the use of leisure. Consequently, We need the social system, the enlargement of athletic accomodation and vitally growing of sports leader.

      • 運動選手들의 運動後 心拍數의 回復速度와 營養指數와의 相關關係에 關한 考察

        In order to carry cut the study on the correlationship between the recovering speed of the number of the pulse after the exercise and the various kinds of the physique indices or the nutrition index, I checked up the 44 collegiate athletes (13 handball players, 18 baseball players and 9 wrestlers) and the 44 non-athletes who were selected randomly. I examined their recovering speeds of the number of the pulse during the active and the passive relaxation for 15 minutes just after the hopping-up-down exercise and the 100-meter dash, and the following conclusion was reached. (1) The athlete group showed the higher physique and nutrition index than the non-athlete group. Handball players weighted 70.15 kilograms and stood 177.15 centimeters on the average, which was the highest measurement value among the athleth groups, while the baseball player group measured 174.85 centimeters and the wrestler group 171.34 centimeters in average height. (2) As for the correlation between the recovering velocity of the number of the pulse after the hopping-up-down exercise and the physique or nutrition index, the athlete group turned out to have the higher coefficient of correlation than the non-athlete group. (3) In correlation between the height when seated and the recovering speed after the exercise, however, the non-athlete group measured the higher coefficient than the athlete group. The non-athlete group showed the certain coefficient of about 0.436 in case of the passive relaxation and in case of the active relaxation after the 100-meter dash 0.553, 0.214 and 0.303 coefficient of correlation were surveyed when one minute, two minutes and 3 minutes passed, repectively. (4) The athlete group showed the highest coefficient in correlation with Broca Index ; the baseball player group showed the high coefficient of 0.715 and 0.738 with the lapse of one minute and 3 minutes, respectively, after the 100-meter lash. (5) When one minute, 3 minutes and 6 minutes passed after the hopping-up-down exercise, the handball player group showed in correlation with Kaup Index the 0.180, 0.420 and 0.552 coefficient respectively, so that we can find that its coefficient of correlation with Kaup Index goes high in proportion to the lapse of time.

      • Interval training에서의 心拍數의 變化와 訓練效果에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        The result of the performance of experimental research on the above mentioned title is as follows : (1) The content of the research Interval training was performed during 12 weeks and the effect of the training was examined by increasing load of the movement during the same period. (2) The Content of Interval training The Interval training was carried out for 12 weeks with each period containing 2 weeks. The load of movement was put according to the data "the table 3" and the race distance was made to be 100 meters and the interval was set to be 30-60 seconds so as to control the number of heart veating. That is cardio pulmonary. The method of increasing load of the movement was also to add to 2 or 3 times of 100 meters racs every period. From ist period to 4rd period the was incereased by 2 times of 100 meters race and from 4th to the last period by 3 times of it. (3) The Content of measurement (1) Physical examination of the runner before the Interval training. (2) The Change of record of 100meter race of every period. (3) The variation of heart of every period (4) The Change of H. S. T. quotients

        For studing of correlation between items which are measured and the present status of physical fitness fitness of adults who live in Jeon Buk Province, I measured physical fitness of 555 menand 248 women who are primar, junior, senior school teachers and the foiiowing is my condusion after I analyzedand assessed correlation between itemswhich are measured and this present status. 1. We are able to know the fact that the results of Jeon Buk in physiqe are superior to those of the whole country andJapanese, but chest measurements in women who are 22, 30, 40, 50 years old found that these records are smaller as much as 0.6, 2.7, 1.6, 4.2cm than those of thewhole country. 2. Physique which is not affeeted by increase of age is found to be decreaseslowly, but physical strength is showed to fall radically in propertion to increase of age. 3. The coefficients of correlation between physique and physialfitness in body heiht and weight are found that those are 0.659 for man and0.603 for women. 4. In the crrelation of physique and physical fitness, thereare close connections each other, the coefficient of correation of bending forwarding forward men's the upper body and return running is 0.411-0.556. 5. In correlation between physical strength vertical jump and standing farjump is related closely as 0.512 for man, 0.486 for woman. 6. In correlation between items which are meaured on the physical fitness, there is almostno relation with those. So those are independent each other.

      • 筋 Power에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This study is attempt to search the developmental condition of muscular strength and muscular power of Athletes, Physical education major, and the others. Andalso to analyze the correlation between thestrength andthe power. By utilizing the Inertia Ergometer and Universal ergometer, muscular power and muscular strength were measured in 18 subjects, sthletes 6, physical education maj or 6, others 6. The Inertia ergometer originally deviced by A. V. Hill in 1922., and also modi-fied by M. Ikai(1965) were used to measure the muscular power which consist of a heavy wheels mounted with ball-bearingon a firm fram stand, and to pull on a cable-tension fooked on inertia ergometer's wheels, and what connected to ink pen write Polygraph recording system. And the maximum musculra strength were me-asured by Universal ergometer. The results were as follows' 1. Muscular strength Athletes;57. 67gs. Physical education major;54. 67kg, and others;41.83kg 2. Muscular power 1) Onequavellant mass 685.0kg Athletes;0.633Hp, Physical education major;0.572 Hp, Others; 0.358Hp. 2) Equavellant mass 64.8kg Athletes;0.190Hp, Physical education major;0.165Hp, Others;0.072Hp. 3) Equavellant mass 17.5kg Athleter;0.145 Hp, Physical education major;0.108 Hp, Others;0.056 Hp. 3. Correlationship between the muscular strength and the muscular power. 1) Musculr streng to muscular power onequavellant mass 685.0kg Athletes; r=0.978, physical education major; =0.984, Others; r=0.905 2) Muscular strength to muscular power on equavellant mass 64.8kg Athletes; r=0.971, physical education major; r=0.968, Others; r=0.931 3) Muscular strength to muscular poer on equavellant mass 17.5kg Athletes; r=0.952, physical education major: r=0.942, Others; r=0.909. For above all it can be conclude that the physical training may develop muscular strength and the muscular power and also that the muscular strength and the muscular power may be develop with-in high relationships.

      • 力量抱持 再生能力 正確度와 知能指數와의 關係에 關한 硏究

        For comparisoning the reproduction correctness of motor sensual catching and I. Q., I measured 142boys and 158 pirls, total 300 studentts of Im-pijunior high school, OK-gugun'Chun-buk on sex and I. Q. The conclusions summarized of this study were as fottows: 1. In strucure of body, the highgroup of I. Q. gener ally showed better than the low group on sex. Precisely,the high group was taller than the low group by 1.9cm in male case and also in female case by 1.2cm. And in chest-girth, by1.5cmin male and 0.9cm in female. 2. Intelligence quotient showed the difference by the averape of 24.5 between the high groupand the low group equally on sex. 3. Equally on sex, the high?group showed better in the Mean and Stanpard-Error. And except O sec. of female, the others showedgood significance. Precisely, in male case, the standard error showed 7.46 on Oec., but it showed 9.71on 40sec. Also in female, it showed 6.40 on Osec.,and 1.17on 40 sec. hike this, especially on40 sec., the gap between the highgroup and the low group showed much wider in the male case. 4. We can recognize that the Mean and the gap of Standard Error could be opened wider according to the rate of increase of hiding time equally on sex.
