This paper offers a systematic analysis of trade facilitation (TF) related issues from the perspective of the Russian Far East District. The paper focuses on analyzing and evaluating the level and progress of TF implementation in the areas of physical and legal environment, and then assesses the impact of TF measures on trade flows and trade costs in order to give a broader understanding of TF reforms for further policy development in the subregion. Overall TF implementation framework designed for the Far East District includes recommendations and practical measures in 3 aspects: 1) Creating TF institutional structure; 2) Implementing particular TF measures; 3) International assistance and cooperation for TF. It is expected that TF process in the FED, Russia can boost trade activity in all North East Asian subregion and contribute to the development of Russia and its neighbors there. 이 논문은 러시아 극동 지구(FED)의 관점에서 무역 원활화(TF) 관련 문제의 체계적인 분석을 제공합니 다. 이 논문은 재정적 및 법적 환경분야에서 무역 원활화(TF)실행의 수준과 진행상황을 분석하고 평가하는데 초점을 맞추었습니다.극동 지역을 위해 만들어진 전반적인 무역 원활화 실행 체계는 3가지 측면에서 실제적인 조치와 추천을 포함합니다. 1) 무역 원활화 위한 제도적 구조 창조2) 특정한 무역 원활화 실행 3) 무역 원활화를 위한 국제적인 도움과 협력. 극동 지역(FED )의 무역 원활화(TF)통하여, 러시아 는 모든 동북아 지역에서 무역 활동을 강화 할 수 있고, 러시아와 그 이웃나라의 발전에 기여할 것으로 예상됩니다.
