중등학교 운동부 지도교사의 교사효능감이 교직만족에 미치는 영향 = (The) influence of teacher efficacy on job satisfaction of secondary school teacher as a sport team coacher

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to probe the influence of teacher efficacy on job satisfaction of secondary school teacher as sport team coacher.
The subjects of this study were sampled 176 the male and female teacher of secondary school as sport team coacher in Seoul by the multistage stratified random sampling. The date collected questionnaire designed of this study were consisted of the teacher's sociodemographic characteristics, teacher efficacy and job satisfaction of secondary school teacher as sport team coacher.
Statistics employed in this study were correlation analysis and stepwise multiple correlation analysis were used. The result of the study through research method and procedure like this were as follows;
First, Teacher efficacy of secondary school teacher as sport team coacher influenced on working conditions, professional quality expansion, human relations, duty in charge, compensation ＆ recognition, with the exception of administrative system, social status among variabe factors of job satisfaction of school.
Second, Secondary school teacher as sport team coacher experienced job satisfaction of school profession through more personal teacher efficacy than teaching efficacy. Especially Personal teacher efficacy of secondary school teacher as sport team coacher influenced on working conditions, professional quality expansion, human relations, duty in charge, compensation ＆ recognition, administrative system with the exception of social status among variabe factors of job satisfaction of school.
Third, Sociological variables factor such as educational level, educational career, teacher's rank in school influenced on more job satisfaction of school profession than teacher efficacy.
