재택 근무를 위한 가변 가구 개발에 관한 연구 : 데스크를 중심으로 = (A) Study on the Development of Portable Furniture for Home Office Worker : Laying Stress on the Desk

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보통신의 발달로 인하여 우리의 생활은 급격하게 변화하고 있으며 또한 주택의 역할은 가족 구성원들을 위한 생활 공간 뿐 아니라 사무실을 대신
하는 업무공간으로 확장되고 있다. 가정은 가족구성원들의 인적자본 개발을 위한 재화와 서비스를 생산해내는 역할을 담당하며 이러한 생산활동은
가정의 지속적인 유지와 복지를 위해 매우 중요한 요인으로 인식되어 왔으며 가족 구성원 개개인 및 가족의 삶은 직업활동 및 가정내 생활 활동에 의
해 영향을 받으면서 형성되게 되었다.
이와같은 가정에서의 소득 창출을 위한 생활 활동을 최근들어 재택근무의 형태로 새롭게 관심이 집중되고 있으며 재택근무 형태는 문자 그대로 「일
을 처리하는 장소」이며 비지니스 공간이다. 직원에게 여유있는 시간과 기업에게 고정비용의 감소와 생산성 향상을 제공한다. 또한 교통문제나 환경
문제를 해소 할 수 있고 미취업자나 여성들에게도 잠재노동력을 활용할 수있는 장점도 가지고 있으며 향후 업무형태의 주종을 이룰 것으로 예상되
고 있다.
따라서 재택근무자들에게 효율적인 업무 수행을 높이기 위해 홈오피스의 공간 계획과 다목적 구조의 가변가구로 기능적인 측면에서 주택이라는 특
성에 적합한 가구로 디자인 되어야 한다.
또한 재택근무는 시간과 공간의 효율성으로 인해 미래의 업무형태로 발전될 가능성이 크며 앞으로는 보다 다양한 기능과 형태를 지닌 가구로 지속
적인 개발이 요구되며 사무공간을 탈피한 재택근무라고 하는 새로운 근무형태에 착안하여 가정과 사회환경을 유기적으로 연관시켜 재택근무자를
위한 가변가구 개발을 통해 그 중요성을 찾고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Our living is rapidly changing by the development of Information Communication, and also the role of housing is expanded as the business space on behalf of the office as well as becomes the living space for the Family members.
The home plays a role to produce the finance and the service for the development of personal capital of family members, and these production activities are acknowledged to be the important cause for the continuous keeping and welfare of family, and the individual living of family member and the living of home become formed by the effect of job activities and living activities within the family.
The living activities for the creation of income within the home as like this are newly placed to be the type of Home-Office recently, and the Home Office Working is , that is to say, "the place for handling the business" and "Business Space".
It offers the sufficient time to the personnel, the reduction of fixed expenses and the promotion of productivity to the Enterprise.
Also, it can relieve the traffic problems or the environment problems, and has the good points to activate the potential working manpower to the non-employment party or the women, and it is expected which it will form the important role in the business type from now on.
Accordingly, for the purpose of increasing the effective business accomplishment the space plan of Home Office must be given to the Home Office Workers, and the furniture suitable to the characteristics of Housing be designed in the functional scope with the portable furniture having the multi-purpose.
Also, the home office working has the big possibility which can be developed to the future business affairs by the effectiveness of time and space, and requires the continuous development for the furniture having the multi-function and types, and based on the new working type called as the Home Office Working out of the office space, the home and the social environment are organically related and then intends to find its importance through the development of portable furniture for the Home Office workers.
