남북한 경제협력 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on the promotion plans of economic relations between North and South korea

The purpose of this paper is to recover the reliability of South·North Korea and to present to South·North Korean economical cooperation on the purpose to advance peace unification by experiencing the economic environmental changes in world politic and the changes of South Koreas surrounding situation caused by the former, to understand the necessity of the economical cooperation of South·North Korea, and to activate the plans of the South·North Koreas economical cooperation. Caused by the end of cold war which continued after world war Ⅱ and the appearance of international organization as WTO, etc., every country in the world is planning the expansion and profit of man kind under external cause as Globalization, and having the distinctive quality which is called Gionalization they are strengthening the tendency of exclusive and protective principle. Now a new order is established in the world. Therefore there is economical profit than ideology, and a paradigm is built under state-to-state, block-to-block competition and cooperation. In time to come, profit pursuit of all countries in politics, and free commerce structure in economics will be intentioned and they will be developed under new techniques. With this the world has entered an intense competing position, economical cooperation is needed as an alternative plan, to remove the national power loss caused by the opposition of South·North Koreas different from ideology and structure, to solve the subject to the right of existence and growth and development of the race. And this could be the short cut to advancing unification. Economic actuality faced up to the North Korea suggest that it must progress a openness tendency. On the other hand, some policy means for a side effect to minimum are mobilized, it can reinforce a inside system, and the political matter surrounding North Korea is been primary factor not only external openness of North Korea but also relation between South·North Korea. But establishment of firm the opposite North Korea economic policy of North Korea for forming race union must drive not the long terms but changing with the exception of economic means. That is, economic foundation sign is profit of unification race to maximum by creating the base for economic union, so propulsion of economy current and cooperation must progress to mind whole course in trade grade, fund and technical cooperation grade, economic combination grade, South·North Korea industrial structure control after economic combination etc. , in long terms of that is consistency, certainly. Particularly, economic relation between South·North Korea is cause of understanding international competition of unification Korea and accomplishment economical profit of unification race to a greatest method. During the past 30 years, by lasting economic, social development South Korea is establishing advancement of economic society. Therefore, it is not only the inside ability is maturated for division conquest but also international environment is turned for the better. Accordingly, policy subject about development of economic relation between South·North Korea inspect external condition and environmental change that foresaw in connection with economic combination of a race and find approach method of expansion economic cooperation between south and North Korea and formation race union. It can be inferred that. It is the minimum effort about recovering of race-same quality.
