下部地方行政組織의 自治性 連續에 關한 硏究 : 朝鮮時代와 現行組織의 比較를 中心으로 = (A) study on the continuity the autonomous nature in the sub-local administrative organizations

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

I tried to analysis the autonomous nature in the sub-local administrative organizations both the Choson dynasty and the present-day by means of the bibliographic investigation and questionnaire. And I want to certify the continuity of the autonomous nature in the local organizations.
The contents summarized in this thesis are the following.
Chapter 1. The purpose and way of study.
Chapter 2. Sub-local administrative organizations in the Choson dynasty and the present-day.
Section 1. Choson local administrative organizations. Specially looking into the local autonomous institution - "Hyang chong"(a consulting or advisory organs composed of high moral men and elders)
Section 2. Present local administrative organizations. I tried to analysis the career of the representatives in the sub-local organizations by the survey.
Chapter 3. A comparison study of the autonomous nature of sub-local administrative organizations between the Choson dynasty and the present-day.
Section 1. The Comparative elements.
I used the representation of the representatives, the participation of the residents and the antonomy of the organizations as the comparative elements.
Section 2. The autonomous nature of the sub-local organizations in the Choson dynasty. Chiefly I looked into the bibliographic investigation.
Section 3. The autonomous nature of the sub-local organizations in the present-day.
I made up a questionnaire research to recklessly selected residents in 5 cities and 5 counties in Kyoung-gi Do and Chung-chong buk Do province. Finally, brought Chapter 4 to a conclusion.
As a result of analysis, I think that there are the autonomous nature of the sub-local administrative organizations both Choson dynasty and the present-day.
