韓國福祉行政의 實際와 課題에 관한 硏究

The constant efforts that seek after human-being or happiness of humankind have been continually across ages and countries of the world. Most of countries make every effort to pursuit of a national welfare and to establish political objective in a difference of methodology.
Thus, according to the pursuit of the world, our country in A. D. 1970s take an increasing interest in the social welfare, and protect national welfare (spiritual, material welfare) from all the public nuisance for the extension of social welfare.
Therefore, in this regard, this study try to investigate a practical question in public welfare administration.
(1) This article try to investigate social welfare of our country and foreign country, in the practical public welfare administration.
(2) This article try analyze the contents of korea welfare administration.
(3) This article is set up a concrete plan in order to put policy and practice in our public welfare administration.

2. The Concept of Welfare Administration and Foreign Welfare Administration. A. Origin of Social Welfare and its Concept.

A. Social Background and its development process.
B. Welfare institution of current Korea.
C. Present condition of welfare and Direction of Government Policy.
4. The Problems and means of Settling in Korea Public Administration.
A. Problem and mean of Security in Public Welfare Resource.
B. Security of Expertise Bureaucracy.
C. Integration of Administrative Organization in Social Welfare.
5. The Conclusions.
Likewise, The main purpose of this study is to search for a practical problem in Korea Welfare Administration. Public Welfare Administration have been regarded as crucial factor in current state Development.
Therefore, the characteristics of future public Welfare Administration in Korea explain the contents of Social Welfare State in Chapter 3 of this study.
From these results, this article studied security of resource, training experts in Korea Welfare Administration as well as unified organization and reorganization of scattered public welfare institution in Korea government.
