위탁영농회사 경영실태에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on Management Condition of Trust Farming Company

The aim of economic development maximizw satisfaction of economical subjects that are consummer, firm, and goverment, used the limit, resource.
During the three decades, Korea economic state has become high position. The development of Korea economy make urburnization and industrialization and converse technical structure. 1t also affects large scale in agricultural part.
Rapid development of urban part had outflown surplus labor in agricultural part since 1960, That condition had continued mid rea of 70s. The shortage of labor in agricurtural part has been showed since mid of 70s.
And marginal physical production of labor in agricultural part has been increased by outflow of agricultural labor. That affected increasing of wage for agricultural labor. Increasing of wage for agricultural conversed agricultural technical structure. The change of labor in the limited three resource namely, labor, land, and capital induced change of capital use.
Then increasing of wage for agricultural labor induced agricultural capital use, specially introduct, of agricultural machine. But, until tje mid era of 70s. diffusion of agricultural machine was not activity because increasing breadth of wage for agricultural labor is less then increasing breadth of agricultural machinary price used cost.
After that time, induced of agricultural machine is activity because of large scale of wage for agricultural labor. The point of this study is why agricultural machine induced in Korea. Compared to wage index for agricultural labor to agricultural machinery price index, it study Korea agricultural machinery process, and co-use system.
