韓國의 經濟力集中에 관한 經濟的 考察 = (An) Economic Research About Concentration of Economic Power in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In a short time and by the government developed, the economic growth in korea has brought out such problems as follows :
(1) Korea giving too much importance t o a minority of the special industries and enterprises, the large enterprises and the enterprise groups have been formed.
(2) For that reason, the concentration of Economic power has led to the monopolistic system.
(3) And resulted in the disproportion between the industries and the marketing structures.
Thus, the importance of this paper lies in analyzing the phenomenon of the concentration of Economic power in korea, and is to suggest the reform on the basic structure constituting the economic society of korea.
In chapter 2, the theoretical background of the concentration of Economic power the characteries of the large enterprises, and the course of growth of the korean plutocratic enterprises, and that of Japan's are described.
In chapter 3, through examining the scale of the enterprise groups, the centralization of property, the variety between the enterprise groups, and the marketing power, the present condition of the-concentration of Economic power is mentioned.
In chapter 4, the cause and effect of the concentration of Economic power is introduced.
In chapter 5, lists counter-measures of the concentration of Economic power such as the enterprise union, the joint investment between the enterprises, and the decentralization of property.
In chapter 6, in conclusion, the systematic equipment to control the concentration of Economic power and reinforcement of the competitive power betwer between small and medium enterprises are suggested.
