“무운철사（武韻哲思）” 시각에서 본 중화 민족 전통 체육 문화 전승·발전 경로 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중화민족 전통 체육문화는 중화 우수 전통문화의 중요한 구성 부분으로, 그 전승과 발전은 심원한 의의를 지닌다. 첫째, 문화적 가치 차원에서 전통 체육문화는 중화민족 고유의 역사적 기억, 철학 사상, 윤리 관념, 심미 취향을 담지 하는 살아 있는 문화 유전자 저장고로서, 중화 문맥을 계승하고 문화 다양성을 수호하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 둘째, 민족 정체성 차원에서 전통 체육문화는 민족 감정을 응집하고 문화적 자부심을 강화하며 중화민족 공동체 의식을 확고히 하는 중요한 매개체이다. 셋째, 당대적 가치 차원에서 전통 체육이 제창하는 ‘천인합일（天人合一）’, ‘형신겸비（形神兼備）’, ‘내외겸수（內外兼修）’ 등의 이념은 현대인이 심신 건강을 추구하고 사회적 압력을 해소하며 조화로운 생활 방식을 구축하는 데 귀중한 동양적 지혜를 제공한다.
그러나 세계화와 현대화의 충격 속에서 전통 체육문화 전승은 내포의 희석화, 전승 체계의 단절, 주변화·파편화, 심지어 단절·실전（失傳）의 위기에 직면해 있다. 특히 그 속에 내재된 깊은 철학 사상이 전승과정에서 간과되어, 문화 전승이 ‘혼（魂）을 잃는’ 현상이다. 이는 문화 다양성 유지와 민족 문화 자부심 강화에 중대한 영향을 미친다. 무술은 중화민족 전통 체육의 대표적 사례로서, ‘지과위무（止戈爲武）’의 평화관, ‘음양호변（陰陽互變）’의 변증 사유, ‘지행합일（知行合一）’의 실천관, ‘중덕수신（重德修身）’의 윤리관 등 철학 사상은 전통 체육문화의 핵심과 정수를 구성한다. ‘무운철사（武韻哲思）’는 전통체육문화의 영혼으로서, ‘매개（載體）·전환（轉化）·인식（認同）·공동체（共同體）’의 네 가지 메커니즘을 통해 전승 효능에 심대한 영향을 미친다. 예컨대 현상학적 분석에서 태극권의 ‘동정상생（動靜相生）’은 단순한 동작 요령이 아니라 음양 철학의 신체화된 표현임을 보여주며, 전승이 단순한 기술 모방을 넘어 ‘기（技）’에서 ‘도（道）’로의 승화를 달성해야 함을 시사한다.
이에 이 연구는 중화민족 전통 체육문화의 전승·발전의 이론과 실천을 연구 대상으로 삼아, 문헌 연구·현상학 분석·논리 분석을 연구방법으로 채택하였다. 특히 ‘무운철사’를 핵심 시각으로 삼아, 중화민족 전통 체육문화의 창의적 전승 및 지속가능한 발전 경로를 체계적으로 탐구하고, 현재 전승 실천에서 두드러진 ‘형（形）을 중시하고 신（神）을 경시하는’ 문제의 해결을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 ‘무운（武韻）’ 즉 신체 실천·동적 미학과 ‘철사（哲思）’ 즉 철학 이념·가치 관념의 유기적 총체로서 무운철사의 내포와 가치를 심층적으로 해석함으로써, 민족 전통 체육문화 연구에 새로운 총체적 분석 틀과 해결 방안을 제시하였다.
연구 결과, 무운철학이 민족 전통 체육문화 전승에 기여하는 사상적 추진력은 문화 정체성 부여 및 전승의 내적 자각·사명감 제고, 이론적 지도 프레임 제공 및 창의적 전환·혁신적 발전 실현, 교육 전승 모델 최적화 및 전승 체계의 과학성·매력 증진, 대외 전파 심화 및 기술 수출에서 가치 대화로의 도약 등 네 가지 측면에서 나타났다. 그러나 현황 분석 결과, 현재 문화 발전은 ‘형은 남고 운은 사라짐’, ‘의는 얕고 이는 어두움’이라는 문제를 안고 있으며, 구체적으로 교육전승과 광범위한 확산과 깊이의 붕괴 병존, 무형문화유산 전승과 프로젝트 중심과 활태（活態） 전승의 단절, 활태 융합 전승과 핵심 전승과 혁신적 활용의 균형 실조, 디지털 전승과 ‘형’과 ‘신’ 전달의 난제 등이 존재한다. 또한 발전의 구조적 난제는 사제 공동체 해체와 체득（體悟） 모드의 실효 상실, 표준화 교육과 문화 내포의 충돌, 경기화와상업화의 이중 왜곡, 서구 담론 패권과 사회 기반 붕괴의 네 가지 측면에서 드러났다.
이에 따라 연구는 전승·발전 경로를 다음과 같이 도출하였다. 첫째, 미시적 전승 메커니즘의 복원. 둘째, 중관적 교육 체계의 혁신, 제도화된 전승에 문화 혈맥 주입. 셋째, 거시적 발전 경로의 재구성, ‘다원 공존·화이부동（和而不同）’의 생태적 구도 확립. 넷째, 외부 문화 생태의 최적화, 담론권 회복과 사회적 토양 배양.
이 연구는 다학문 융합의 이론과 현상학적 실천을 결합한 방법을 통해, ‘무운철사’의 문화 내핵으로의 회귀·활성화가 전통 체육문화 전승 발전을 견인하는 근본 경로임을 결론지었다. 이 결론은 중화민족 전통 체육문화 전승의 이론적 기반을 풍부히 했을 뿐만 아니라, 교육실천·산업 개발·국가 문화 전략에 중요한 참고 가치를 제공한다. 향후 연구에서는 디지털 전파와 국제 문화 교류 등의 구체적 장면에서
‘무운철사’의 적용 모식（模式）과 효과 평가를 더욱 심도 있게 탐구할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and its inheritance and development have far-reaching significance. Firstly, at the level of cultural value, traditional sports culture carries the unique historical memory, philosophical thought, ethical concepts, and aesthetic interests of the Chinese nation. It is a living cultural gene pool and is crucial for continuing the Chinese cultural lineage and safeguarding cultural diversity. Secondly, at the level of national identity, it is an important carrier for uniting national emotions, enhancing cultural confidence, and strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community. Finally, at the level of contemporary value, the concepts advocated by traditional sports, such as “the unity of heaven and man,” “integration of form and spirit,” and “cultivation of both inside and outside,” provide valuable Eastern wisdom for modern people to pursue physical and mental health, relieve social pressure, and build a harmonious lifestyle.
However, under the impact of globalization and modernization, the inheritance of traditional sports culture faces crises such as dilution of connotation, fracture of inheritance system, marginalization, fragmentation, and even loss. The profound philosophical thoughts contained in it have been neglected in the process of inheritance, leading to the “loss of soul” in cultural transmission. The existence of these problems has an important impact on maintaining cultural diversity and enhancing national cultural confidence. As a typical representative of the traditional sports of the Chinese nation, martial arts contains philosophical thoughts such as the peace view of “stopping war is martial,” the dialectical thinking of “mutual transformation of yin and yang,” the practical view of “unity of knowledge and action,” and the ethical view of “emphasizing virtue and self-cultivation,” which constitute the core and essence of traditional sports culture. “Wu Yun Zhe Si” （martial rhythm and philosophical thinking） is the soul of traditional sports culture, and it profoundly affects the effectiveness of inheritance through four mechanisms: carrier, transformation, identity, and community. For example, in phenomenological analysis, the “mutual generation of movement and stillness” in Taijiquan is not only a technical requirement of movements but also a bodily expression of yin-yang philosophy. This shows that inheritance must transcend the imitation of techniques and realize the sublimation from “technique” to “Dao.” Therefore, this study takes the theory and practice of the inheritance and development of traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation as the research object, and adopts methods such as literature research, phenomenological analysis, and logical analysis. Based on the core perspective of “Wu Yun Zhe Si,” it systematically explores the innovative inheritance and sustainable development path of traditional sports culture, in order to solve the prominent problem of “emphasizing form while neglecting spirit” in current inheritance practices. By deeply analyzing the connotation and value of “Wu Yun Zhe Si” as an organic whole of “Wu Yun” （bodily practice, dynamic aesthetics） and “Zhe Si”（philosophical concepts, values）, it attempts to provide a new holistic analytical framework and solution for the study of national traditional sports culture.
The study finds that the ideological promotion of traditional sports culture inheritance by “Wu Yun Zhe Si” is reflected in: （1） empowering cultural identity, enhancing the internal consciousness and sense of mission of inheritance; （2） providing a theoretical guiding framework to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of inheritance; （3） optimizing the educational inheritance model to enhance the scientific nature and attractiveness of the inheritance system; （4） expanding the depth of external communication, promoting the leap from technical output to value dialogue. The current situation study shows that there are problems such as existing form but lost rhythm, shallow “meaning” and obscure “principle.” The current situation of cultural inheritance and development has problems such as: （1） educational inheritance — coexistence of breadth expansion and depth collapse; （2） intangible cultural heritage inheritance — disconnection between project focus and living inheritance; （3） living integrated inheritance — imbalance between inheritance core and empowerment innovation; （4） digital inheritance — difficulties in transmitting both “form” and “spirit.” Its development dilemmas lie in: （1） the dissolution of the master-apprentice community and the failure of experiential models; （2） the conflict between standardized teaching and cultural connotation; （3） the dual distortion of competition and commercialization; （4） the hegemony of Western discourse and the disintegration of the social foundation. Therefore, the study concludes four inheritance and development paths: （1） repairing micro-level inheritance mechanisms; （2） innovating meso-level education systems to inject cultural bloodline into institutionalized inheritance; （3） reconstructing macro-level development paths to establish an ecological pattern of “pluralistic coexistence and harmony in diversity”; （4） optimizing the external cultural ecology to regain discourse power and cultivate social soil.
