Purpose: This study aims to investigate the association of occupational stress and role conflict with the job value of physician assistant (PA) nurses. Methods: Subjects of this study were 211 PA nurses working in general hospitals with 300 or more beds in D city and G areas. Subjects completed an online or offline survey from March 14 to April 7 in 2026. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics 28.0 with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: Occupational stress(β=-.48, p〈.001) and role conflict(β=-.19, p=.013) were found to have significant negative effects on job value among physician assistant (PA) nurses, explaining 40.9% of the variance(F=19.11, p〈.001). Conclusion: Therefore, measures to enhance job value, reduce stress, and alleviate role conflict are essential.
