Two vertebrate tracksites from the Upper Cretaceous Jindong Formation (Cenomanian) of Goseong County and one dinosaur tracksite from the Lower Cretaceous Jinju Formation (Albian) of Sacheon City are herein measured and described. This study aims to redescribe some of the previously briefly reported trackways from the Jindong Formation and provide more detailed research, and to describe and report the newly discovered tracksite from the Jinju Formation. The Eosin-ri tracksite, located in Heohwa-myeon, Goseong County, features a very small sauropod trackway (mean pes length: 12.8 cm), showing medium to wide trackway gauge (PTR: 38.8%, WAP/PL: 1.18) and low heteropody. Small footprint size and estimated trackmaker body size suggest that the trackmaker was an early juvenile titanosauriform sauropod based on the contemporaneous sauropod taxa of East Asia. Including the Eosin-ri sauropod trackway, the sauropod trackways from the Jindong Formation seem to exhibit a tendency for narrower trackway gauges as the track size increases. Bonghwa-gol tracksite in Hai-myeon, Goseong County, yields several sauropod and ornithopod trackways and a quadrupedal trackway (GS-BHG 2; mean pes length 25 cm) showing the overprinting of pes and manus tracks. Pes tracks of the GS-BHG 2 show different morphology from those of other quadrupedal ichnotaxa generally found in the Jindong Formation, with short and straight digit impressions of subequal lengths and subcircular-shaped morphology. This trackway is provisionally assigned to an ankylosaurid origin, and described as cf. Ruopodosaurus. The pes tracks of this trackway generally show the medial part depressed deeper than lateral part, suggesting a differential pattern in plantar pressure distribution during walking. Meanwhile, a large dinosaur tracksite located in Chukdong-myeon, Sacheon City, features more than 500 tracks, including 32 ornithopod trackways (mean pes length: 31.1 cm) and 32 theropod trackways (mean pes length: 27.7 cm). Ornithopod trackways from the Chukdong tracksite are assigned as Caririchnium, and theropod trackways are classified as small tracks (cf. Asianopodus) and large eubrontid tracks. This tracksite offers valuable information on the ichnocoenoses of the Jinju Formation, with abundant dinosaur footprints. These tracksites shed light on the understanding of vertebrate ichnofauna and ichnodiversity during the Cretaceous period of South Korea.
