다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

Camping has recently emerged as a representative stay-type leisure activity characterized by extended length of stay and high levels of voluntary user participation. As camping experiences diversify, campground user satisfaction and subsequent behavioral intentions are formed not by a single attribute but through the interaction of multidimensional factors, including facilities, services, environment, and perceived economic value. In particular, campsite programs and pet-related characteristics have gained increasing importance as differentiated experiential elements reflecting changes in leisure lifestyles.
This study aims to empirically analyze the determinants of campground user satisfaction and to examine how satisfaction leads to revisitation and recommendation intentions, with a specific focus on campsite programs and pet-related characteristics variables. To this end, campground satisfaction determinants were systematized into 13 factors: accessibility, surrounding environment, nearby attractions, external convenience facilities, internal facilities, leisure facilities, promotion, customer service, programs, community, pet facilities, pet services, and economic value.
Survey data were collected from campground users in the capital region, and quantitative analyses were conducted using SPSS 26.0. Descriptive statistics were used to identify user characteristics and usage patterns, correlation analysis examined relationships among variables, and multiple regression analysis tested the effects of satisfaction determinants on overall satisfaction, revisitation intention, and recommendation intention.
The results indicate that overall satisfaction is significantly influenced by accessibility, external convenience facilities, leisure facilities, pet services, and economic value. Revisitation intention is significantly affected by accessibility, external convenience facilities, and pet services, while recommendation intention is significantly influenced by external convenience facilities, leisure facilities, customer service, and pet services. These findings suggest that satisfaction determinants operate differently depending on the type of behavioral intention and that experiential and service-related factors play a more critical role than basic environmental or facility conditions.
This study contributes to the literature by presenting a multidimensional analytical framework that differentiates satisfaction, revisitation, and recommendation intentions while highlighting the role of programs and pet-related service characteristics. Practically, the findings suggest that campground development and management strategies should prioritize program design, pet-friendly service systems, accessibility, external convenience linkages, and perceived price–value.
The limitations of this study include its regional focus and reliance on cross-sectional survey data. Future research should expand regional coverage, adopt longitudinal designs, and conduct segmented analyses by user type to further refine the explanatory structure of campground user satisfaction and behavioral intentions.
