다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the housing satisfaction of rural housing residents in multiple dimensions, and to empirically verify the structural relationship that the satisfaction leads to long-term residence intention and recommendation intention. Through this, we tried to derive practical implications for the development and management policy of rural housing complexes.
First, it was found that among the factors affecting housing satisfaction, facility characteristics had the strongest influence on both overall satisfaction and long-term intention to live.
Second, accessibility characteristics had a significant effect on long-term residence intention, but were not statistically significant in overall satisfaction.
Third, it was found that community consciousness, children's education, and management characteristics did not significantly affect overall satisfaction or long-term intention to live.
Fourth, the results that overall satisfaction and long-term intention to stay have a positive (+) effect on recommendation intentions show that a satisfactory living experience is not just an emotional evaluation, but can be extended to behavioral intentions to introduce or recommend a residence to people around you.
The following theoretical and practical implications are presented.
First, it was found that among the factors affecting housing satisfaction, facility characteristics had the strongest influence on both overall satisfaction and long-term intention to live. Therefore, in the future supply and management of rural housing, improvement of facility quality, customized design, and improvement of convenience inside and outside the house should be considered first.
Second, accessibility characteristics had a significant effect on long-term residence intention, but were not statistically significant in overall satisfaction. In the future development of rural housing, securing connectivity with major living areas or downtown areas, convenience of using public transportation, and improving access to surrounding convenience facilities may be major tasks.
Third, it was found that community consciousness, children's education, and management characteristics did not significantly affect overall satisfaction or long-term intention to live. This shows that rural housing residents value personal space and privacy rather than community solidarity, and prioritize physical and practical conditions over educational environments or management services. In particular, the low influence of community factors is likely to reflect a lifestyle that values independent residential experiences rather than social connections between residents, unlike apartment houses.
Fourth, the results that overall satisfaction and long-term intention to stay have a positive (+) effect on recommendation intentions show that a satisfactory living experience is not just an emotional evaluation, but can be extended to behavioral intentions to introduce or recommend a residence to people around you. This means that satisfied residents can spread their positive perception of the residence to the outside through word of mouth, and it is an important empirical result that can be used as a reference for resident-based marketing of rural housing and establishing strategies to revitalize local communities.
As a result, this study can be used as basic data in establishing rural housing supply and settlement policies in the future by empirically identifying the causal structure of satisfaction formation and behavioral intention in the residential form of rural housing.
