Second, the analysis revealed that the hypothesis proposing a significant positive effect of administrative service quality on educational satisfaction was only partially supported. Third, the results indicated that the hypothesis suggesting a significant positive effect of environmental service quality on educational satisfaction was also partially supported. Fourth, the analysis confirmed that educational satisfaction exerts a statistically significant and positive influence on self-esteem. Fifth, the findings demonstrated that educational satisfaction has a significant and positive impact on educational outcomes. The implications are as follows: First, this study proposed an alternative three-dimensional model of NCS-based design education quality by reclassifying it into educational, administrative, and environmental service quality. Second, unlike previous research that mainly focused on satisfaction, trust, or performance, this study differentiated educational, administrative, and environmental service quality and empirically analyzed how each dimension influences educational satisfaction, self-esteem, and educational outcomes, thereby securing originality. Third, the study verified the applicability of general service quality measurement methods to NCS-based design education and confirmed that educational quality is a multidimensional concept, highlighting the need for continued research. Fourth, the study confirmed that educational satisfaction plays a key mediating role in enhancing both self-esteem and educational outcomes. It provides practical implications by suggesting that strengthening instructors’ expertise, improving the reliability and empathy of administrative support, and ensuring the attractiveness and convenience of the learning environment are crucial for maximizing learner satisfaction and performance.
