간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 위한 진로집단프로그램이 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of a Career Group Program for High School Students Aspiring to Major in Nursing on Vocational Identity and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 위한 진로집단프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램을 고등학생에게 적용하여 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 위한 진로집단프로그램은 무엇으로 구성되는가? 둘째, 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 위한 진로집단프로그램의 효과는 어떠한가? 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 요구조사를 실시하고 선행연구를 분석하여 프로그램의 구성요소와 활동요소를 조직하였고, 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통해 수정 및 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 완성하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생 24명(실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명)에게 적용하여 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감의 효과를 확인하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 위한 진로집단프로그램은 ‘자기이해’, ‘직업가치’, ‘전공탐색’, ‘직업세계이해’, ‘진로목표 설정 및 진로계획 수립’ 5가지 구성요소로 구성되었다. 둘째, 개발된 프로그램은 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생의 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감 향상에 효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 간호학 전공을 희망하는 고등학생을 대상으로 진로 탐색 및 전공 선택 과정에서의 실제적 요구를 체계적으로 분석하여 전공 특화 진로집단프로그램을 개발하고, 고등학생들에게 적용하여 효과를 검증했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a career group program for high
school students aspiring to major in nursing and to verify the effects of the developed program on their vocational identity and career decision
self-efficacy when applied to high school students. The research questions of this study are as follows. First, what should a career group program for high school students aspiring to major in nursing consist of? Second, what are the effects of the career group program for high school students aspiring to major in nursing? To verify these research questions, this study conducted a needs assessment and analyzed prior research to organize the program's components and activities. The program was finalized through expert content validity verification, revision, and supplementation. The developed program was applied to 24 high school students aspiring to major in nursing (experimental group: 12, control group: 12) to confirm its effects on vocational identity and career decision self-efficacy.
The results of this study are as follows. First, the career group program for high school students aspiring to major in nursing comprised five components: ‘Self-Understanding’, ‘Occupational Values’, ‘Major Exploration’, ‘Understanding the Occupational World’, and ‘Setting Career Goals and Developing Career Plans’. Second, the developed program was effective in enhancing vocational identity and career decision self-efficacy among high school students aspiring to major in nursing. This study is significant in that it systematically analyzed the practical needs of high school students aspiring to major in nursing during the career exploration and major selection process, developed a major-specific career group program, and verified its effectiveness by applying it to high school students.
