Electroencephalography (EEG)-based predictive modeling has rapidly expanded in application, increasing the need for models robust to diverse environments and subject-specific variations. In this context, test-time adaptation (TTA) has emerged as a key approach for addressing distributional shifts caused by heterogeneous conditions, yet existing methods show limited effectiveness in class-imbalanced settings, particularly because entropy-based strategies often fail to capture class-specific distribution structures. To overcome these limitations, we propose MoG-TENT, a test-time adaptation algorithm that integrates a Mixture of Gaussian (MoG) model with Test-Time Entropy Minimization (TENT) to enable cluster-aware batch normalization updates and more stable adaptation under imbalance. By leveraging the underlying cluster structure, MoG-TENT better captures minority-class characteristics and fine-grained distributional differences that conventional TTA approaches overlook. Experimental results demonstrate superior performance compared to existing methods, confirming its robustness across various EEG-based applications involving class-imbalanced data.
