철도 토목시설 유지관리 전략 정책을 위한 기반 연구

This study, a budget optimization plan was proposed for railroad operating organizations to fulfill their obligations, such as inspecting railroad facilities. Using the provisions of the law, the results of regular inspection and detailed diagnosis were utilized, and the performance evaluation method and level of railway facilities were determined. Afterwards, optimization procedures such as performance evaluation index and appropriateness of performance evaluation grade were developed. A methodology that can rationally perform the mandatory activities of regular inspection, precise diagnosis and performance evaluation according to the budget level was presented. Through this, it is judged that the optimization of statutory obligations for railroad facilities can be promoted, and through this, improvement of the maintenance management system of railroad facilities can be promoted.
