공공스포츠시설 이용자 불공정성 경험에 대한 담론 분석 : 롤스의 정의론을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공공스포츠시설의 이용자 불공정성 경험에 관한 담론을 분석하고, 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 제시한 후 롤스의 정의론 관점에서 살펴보고 인문학적인 해석을 통해 스포츠 분야의 윤리적 문제를 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다. Textom을 통해 소셜 네트워크 및 포털에서 2022년 5월부터 2025년 4월까지 공공스포츠시설 이용 불공정성 경험에 관한 데이터를 수집하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 빈도 분석, TF-IDF 분석, LDA 토픽모델링을 실시하였다.
분석 결과, 빈도 및 TF-IDF 분석에서는 ‘시설’, ‘체육’, ‘공공’, ‘이용’, ‘운영’, ‘불편’, ‘예약’ 등이 상위에 나타났으며, 이는 공체육시설 이용의 불공정성에 관한 담론에서 예약 및 접근 과정에 대한 문제가 부각됨을 알 수 있다. LDA 토픽모델링 분석 결과, 첫째, 공공스포츠시설 이용에 대한 객관적·환경적 불편함, 둘째, 예약 시스템 등의 이용 과정의 접근성 문제, 셋째, 이용 과정에서 체감되는 불만 요소, 넷째, 지역 및 계층 간의 형평 문제까지 총 네 가지 토픽으로 구조화되었다. 이러한 결과는 롤스의 정의론적 관점에서 바라보면 제도적으로는 모든 사람에게 개방되어 있으나 접근 제약, 기회 배분, 공급의 불균형 등 실질적 이용 기회의 격차가 존재함으로 해석될 수 있다.
본 연구는 공공스포츠시설 이용의 불공정성 경험이 단순한 편의성의 문제가 아니라, 기회 접근의 구조적·절차적 불평등 차원의 문제임을 롤스의 정의론적 관점을 통해 해석하였다. 또한 롤스의 정의론을 통해 이러한 불평등성이 형식적 평등을 넘어 실질적 기회를 보장해야 한다는 공정성 원리의 관점에서 재조명될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 후속 연구에서는 첫째, 데이터 수집의 다양화를 통한 다양한 이용자 집단의 의견을 해야할 것이다. 둘째, 다른 빅데이터 분석 기법들을 활용하여 해석의 일관성과 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 공공스포츠시설 이용의 불공정성 경험 담론에 다양한 이론틀을 적용함으로서 공공스포츠시설 접근성 및 이용 불평등의 문제들을 바라볼 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the discourse on the experience of unfair use of public sports facilities, present it using text mining techniques, examine the ethical issues of the sports field through humanities interpretation. Through Textom, data on the experience of unfair use of public sports facilities were collected from May 2022 to April 2025, and TF analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and LDA topic modeling were conducted based on this. As a result of the analysis, "Facilities", "Sports", "Public", "Usage", "Operation", "Inconvenience", and "Reservation" appear at the top in the TF and TF-IDF analysis, which highlights problems with the reservation and access process in discussions on the unfairness of using public sports facilities. As a result of the LDA topic modeling analysis, first, objective and environmental inconvenience to using public sports facilities, second, accessibility problems in the process of using reservation systems, third, dissatisfaction factors felt during the process, and fourth, fairness issues between regions and classes were structured. Such results are institutionally open to everyone from Rawls's A Theory of Justice point of view, but it can be interpreted that there exists a gap in practical opportunities such as access constraints, opportunity allocation, and supply imbalance. This study interpreted through Rawls's A Theory of Justice point of view that the unfairness experience of using public sports facilities is not a simple matter of convenience but a matter of structural and procedural inequality dimensions of opportunity access. In addition, through Rawls's A Theory of Justice, he suggested that such complaints and complaints could be re-illuminated from the perspective of the principle of fairness that substantial opportunities must be guaranteed beyond formal equality. In subsequent studies, first, opinions of various user groups through diversification of data collection should be expressed. Second, it will be possible to improve interpretation consistency and reliability by utilizing other big data analysis techniques. Third, it is necessary to look at the problem of accessibility and inequality in use of public sports facilities by applying various theoretical frameworks to the theory of unfairness experience in using public sports facilities.
