Conventional single-base station (BS) centric channel estimation strategies face significant limitations for large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems comprising numerous base stations. These isolated approaches neglect network-wide spatial correlations and require disjoint models for distinct tasks. To overcome these inefficiencies, this paper proposes a unified neural channel estimation framework for large-scale MIMO-orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) networks. By exploiting mutual correlations among channels to distributed BSs and user equipment (UE) positions, the framework simultaneously addresses uplink-to-downlink frequency translation, cross-BS channel estimation, and location-based channel inference. We introduce a sparse domain channel representation to capture essential propagation characteristics and employ a masked transformer architecture to handle dynamic input availability. Extensive evaluations using a developed large-scale ray tracing-based simulator demonstrate that the proposed framework outperforms conventional methods, offering significant potential for AI-driven cell-free MIMO communications and location-aware network optimization.
