In this dissertation, we study torus-equivariant arithmetically Cohen–Macaulay (for short, aCM)
vector bundles on the Veronese surface. A. A. Klyachko established an equivalence between toric
vector bundles with a compatibility condition and collections of decreasing filtrations of vector
spaces. Through this correspondence, one can describe the cohomology–vanishing conditions of
toric vector bundles on the Veronese surface in terms of quiver representations. In particular, when
restricted to rank 2, we classify and count all aCM vector bundles with a torus-equivariant structure
on every Veronese surface. Moreover, on the Veronese surface of degree 2 we show that every toric
aCM vector bundle of any rank splits as a direct sum of line bundles and twists of the tangent bundle
using the quiver representation framework introduced above.
