A Study on the Relationships Among Environmental Conditions, Experience Satisfaction, Place Image, Overall Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intention in Workation Tourism J0 kae-heon Advisor : Prof. Park jong-chan, Ph.D. Department of Tourism & Hotel Management, Graduate School of Gwangju University This study aimed to identify the behavioral characteristics of workation tourists and analyze the relationships among the physical and environmental conditions of workation destinations, satisfaction with the workation experience, place image, overall satisfaction, and behavioral intentions, thereby suggesting measures to revitalize workation tourism. To achieve this, a literature review and empirical research methods were employed. The empirical study developed a model and hypotheses based on existing research and tested them through a survey of visitors to workation destinations. The collected survey data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. The results of the analysis of the relationships between variables are as follows: First, the physical and environmental conditions of workation destinations were found to have a positive impact on visitors' overall satisfaction, behavioral intentions, and place image. Second, satisfaction with the workation experience positively influenced place image, visitors' overall satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. Third, place image positively influenced visitors' overall satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Fourth, overall satisfaction was found to have a positive impact on behavioral intentions.
