성인의 내면화된 수치심이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향 : 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성의 이중매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성인의 내면화된 수치심이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고, 이 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성의 이중매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 기존 연구들이 주로 청소년과 대학생을 대상으로 관계적 공격성을 다루어 온 한계를 보완하고자, 연구대상은 만 20세부터 60세까지의 성인 300명으로, 연 령, 성별, 지역을 기준으로 할당표집을 통해 모집하였다. 자료는 온라인 조사기관 을 통해 온라인 자기보고식 설문으로 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, Pearson 상관분석을 통해 주요 변인의 특성과 변인 간 관련성을 검 토하였다. 분석된 자료는 SPSS와 Hayes의 PROCESS Macro Model 6을 사용하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 내면화된 수치심과 관계적 공격성의 관계에서 거부민감 성과 정서인식명확성의 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 부트스트래핑을 통해 총효과, 직접효과, 간접효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 내면화된 수치심은 관계적 공격성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성 은 각각 내면화된 수치심과 관계적 공격성의 관계에서 유의한 단순매개효과를 보였으 며, 두 변인을 순차적으로 매개하는 이중매개효과도 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러 한 결과는 수치심이 관계적 공격성으로 이어지는 정서적 경로를 구체적으로 설명 하며, 수치심을 감소시키는 동시에 정서인식명확성을 증진시키는 통합적 상담 개 입의 중요성을 시사한다. 주요어:내면화된 수치심, 거부민감성, 정서인식명확성, 관계적 공격성, 성인기, 이중매 개

The Effect of Internalized Shame on Relational Aggression among Adults : The Dual Mediation Effects of Rejection Sensitivity, Emotional Clarity Lee Min-Young Advisor : Prof. Park Ju-Young Department of Clinical Counseling Psychology, Gwangju University The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of internalized shame on relational aggression among adults and to test the dual mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity in this relationship. To address the limitations of previous studies that have primarily focused on adolescents and college students, this study targeted a sample of 300 adults aged 20 to 60 years. Participants were recruited through quota sampling based on age, gender, and region. Data were collected via an online self-report survey administered by a professional online research agency. Descriptive statistics, reliability analyses, and Pearson correlation analyses were conducted to examine the characteristics of the main variables and their interrelationships. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Hayes’ PROCESS Macro Model 6 to perform multiple regression analyses and to test the dual mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity in the relationship between internalized shame and relational aggression. The significance of the total, direct, and indirect effects was examined using bootstrapping procedures. The results indicated that internalized shame had a significant effect on relational aggression. In addition, rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity each showed significant simple mediating effects in the relationship between internalized shame and relational aggression. Furthermore, the sequential dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity was found to be significant. These findings elucidate the emotional pathways through which shame leads to relational aggression and highlight the importance of integrated counseling interventions that reduce shame while enhancing emotional clarity.
