With the acceleration of globalization and digitization, the inheritance of ethnicminority culture faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Globalization brings the risk of cultural homogenization, and the uniqueness of ethnic minority culture is gradually disappearing. Especially in ethnic minority areas, cultural heritages such as traditional languages, skills, and festivals are facing the threat of disappearance. Therefore, it is of urgent practical significance to study how to protect and inherit these cultures through digital technology. Digital transformation is not only a necessary measure to protect cultural heritage but also an important way to promote sustainable development in ethnic minority areas. By applying digital technology, innovative paths can be provided for cultural inheritance, ensuring that the diversity of ethnic minority culture is effectively protected and inherited in the context of globalization. The digital transformation of ethnic minority culture is not only a demand for protecting cultural heritage but also an important way to promote regional sustainable development. Based on the theories of cultural ecology and digital media integration, this paper proposes a "technology-content-audience" three-in-one analytical framework combined with the perspective of business management. Through in-depth analysis of three typical cases in the Wuling Mountains, this paper explores the inherent logic, implementation paths, and management strategies of digital inheritance of traditional culture under three different modes: government leadership, enterprise drive, and community autonomy. The research comprehensively utilizes literature analysis, case study, and field investigation methods, obtaining first-hand data through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and other means to ensure the empirical foundation and theoretical depth of the research. This study focuses on the digital inheritance of ethnic minority culture in the context of globalization and digitization. The primary objective of the research is to explore how to promote the innovative inheritance of traditional ethnic minority culture through different operational models in the digital era. In the first chapter, the introduction, the paper clarifies the research background and purpose, analyzes the significance of digital transformation for the inheritance of ethnic minority culture, and proposes research questions based on this. The second chapter constructs an analytical framework of "technology empowerment - cultural adaptation - subject interaction" through an in-depth analysis of the integration theory of cultural ecology and digital media, and combines the theory of business management to provide theoretical support for subsequent case analysis and management path design. This framework aims to explore the impact of digital transformation on ethnic minority culture and provide a management perspective for the commercial operation of culture. The innovative contributions of this study are reflected in the following aspects: At the theoretical level, this paper combines management theory to construct an analytical framework integrating cultural ecology and media convergence theory, providing a new perspective for the study of cultural inheritance in the digital era. Especially when exploring innovative management paths for digital cultural inheritance, it provides theoretical support for the commercial transformation of culture. At the methodological level, this paper deeply analyzes three types of innovative operation modes: "government-led," "enterprise-driven," and "community-autonomous," through multiple case comparisons and mixed research methods. It further refines universal operational mechanisms such as "institutionally embedded," "market-compatible," and "community-endogenous." At the practical level, this paper proposes a systematic solution for the "digital convergence innovative operation mode," focusing on how to achieve digital transformation of culture through resource integration, technological innovation, and market operation. Especially, while providing practical operational guidance and strategies for ethnic minority areas, it emphasizes the balance between cultural authenticity and business management in digital transformation.
