청소년 여자축구 활서화 방안 우선순위분석: 지역기반 발전 전략 = Priority Analysis of Youth Women's Soccer Promotion Plan: Regional Development Strategies

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of youth women's soccer based on the region by identifying variables of regional-based youth women's soccer revitalization measures and deriving relative importance and priorities for improvement measures. After reviewing previous studies and literature to achieve the purpose of the study, the Delphi method to collect opinions from experts and sports administrators with extensive experience in women's soccer and AHP, a hierarchical decision-making method that can derive importance and priority between items through pairwise comparison by item based on the explored factors, were used. The survey was conducted for 75 days from July 15 to September 30, 2025, when researchers visited experts in person, or conducted interviews and surveys through phone calls and e-mail.
This study was conducted in a three-step process. In the first stage, the current status and problems of youth women's soccer were discovered through prior research and literature research, and the necessity of research was recognized, and in the second stage, a questionnaire was developed and investigated based on the contents derived through the Delphi method. A total of 70 respondents were surveyed, of which 60 responses were statistically processed, excluding 10 who lacked reliability through consistency verification. SPSS WIN Ver for this study data processing to classify the characteristics of the study subject. 24.0 was used, and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 was used for consistency verification and empirical analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows.
First, as a result of weight and priority analysis of the evaluation area of factors for revitalizing youth women's soccer, it was found in the order of expanding the base and promoting participation, improving leader competency and environment, improving administration and systems, improving publicity and awareness, and strengthening the player development system.
Second, in each evaluation item, the revitalization of school sports clubs in expanding the base and promoting participation, the improvement of leader treatment and welfare in strengthening leader capabilities and improving the environment, the mandatory operation of the WK League youth team in improving administration and systems, the expansion of association and government support in promoting and improving awareness, and the expansion of game experience and competition opportunities in strengthening the player development system.
Third, the overall evaluation items were found to be highly active in revitalizing school sports clubs, improving the treatment of leaders and expanding welfare, and expanding support from associations and governments, while the establishment of branches of the Women's Football Federation in 17 cities and provinces and the expansion of media exposure were the lowest priorities, and the improvement of training facilities and the development of profitable business models were the lowest priorities.
Men's soccer has the most systematic player development system among ball games in Korea. On the other hand, women's soccer is lacking in all fields. I hope this study will be of some help for the development of women's soccer.
