Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of nursing work environment, workload, moral sensitivity on missed nursing care among intensive care unit(ICU) nurses. Method: A total of 200 ICU nurses participated in this study. Data were collected from September 1 to September 22, 2025, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Multiple regression analysis was conducted as part of the statistical procedures. Results: Nursing environment(β=-.24, p=.001), moral sensitivity(β=-.20, p=.004), workload(β=.16, p=.017) were found to have significant effects on missed nursing care among ICU nurses, explaining 18.5% of the variance. Conclusion: To reduce missed nursing care among ICU nurses, it is necessary to develop educational programs and policies that improve the nursing work environment, enhance moral sensitivity, and alleviate workload.
