정당한 세상에 대한 믿음과 진로결정수준의 관계 : 강점인식과 무망감의 조절된 매개효과 = Relationship between Belief in a Just World and Career decision level : The Moderated Mediating Effect of Strengths knowledge and Hopelessness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of Strengths knowledge through Hopelessness on the relationship between Belief in a Just World and Career decision level. For this purpose, a self-report survey was conducted on 315 adults aged 20 to 29 years, and the collected data of 300 people were analyzed. The major results of this study are as follows: First, Belief in a Just World exhibited a positive correlation with Career decision and negative correlation with Hopelessness. Second, the significant mediating effect of Hopelessness on the relationship between Belief in a Just World and Career decision level was found. Third, the significant moderating effect of Strengths knowledge on the relationship between Belief in a Just World and Hopelessness was found. Fourth, moderated mediating effect of Strengths knowledge on the relation ship between Belief in a Just World, Hopelessness and Career decision level was found. Based on the these results, the implications and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
