중년 기혼남성의 재무 효능감과 행복의 관계에서 배우자 지지로 조절된 경제 스트레스의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중년 기혼남성의 재무 효능감이 경제 스트레스를 매개로 행복 에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 배우자 지지가 경제 스트레스와 행복 간 관계를 조절하는 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국의 만 40-64세 기혼남성 278명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 재무 효능감과 경제스트레스, 배우자 지지, 행복을 측정하였고 SPSS 26.0과 PROCESS Macro v4.2를 활 용하여 상관분석, 매개효과 검증, 조절효과 검증 및 조절된 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재무 효능감, 경제 스트레스, 배우자 지지, 행복 간의 상관관계는 모두 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 재무 효능감 과 행복의 관계에서 경제 스트레스의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 경제 스트레스와 행복의 관계에서 배우자 지지의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유 의하지 않았다. 넷째, 재무 효능감이 경제 스트레스를 통해 행복에 미치는 매개효과를 배우자 지지가 조절하는 조절된 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이 러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계를 논의하였다. 주요어: 중년 기혼남성, 재무 효능감, 경제 스트레스, 배우자 지지, 행복

This study investigated the mediating effect of financial stress on
the relationship between financial self-efficacy and happiness, and the
moderating effect of spousal support on the relationship between financial
stress and happiness, among middle-aged married men. An online survey
was conducted with 278 married men aged 40-64 across the nation,
measuring financial self-efficacy, financial stress, spousal support, and
happiness. Statistical analyses, including correlation analysis, mediation
analysis, moderation analysis, and moderated mediation analysis, were
performed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS Macro v4.2. The results are
as follows: First, all correlations among financial self-efficacy, financial
stress, spousal support, and happiness were statistically significant. Second, financial self-efficacy had a significant indirect effect on
happiness, mediated by financial stress.Third, the moderating effect of
spousal support on the relationship between financial stress and happiness
was not statistically significant. Fourth, the moderated mediation effect,
where spousal support regulated the mediating effect of financial stress in
the relationship between financial self-efficacy and happiness, was not
significant. Based on these findings, the study's implications,
contributions, and limitations are discussed.
