영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 애착불안이 양육불안에 미치는 영향 : SNS 사회비교의 매개효과와 자기자비의 조절효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본연구는 영유아기 자녀를둔어머니를대상으로, 애착불안이양육불안에미치 는영향에서 SNS 사회비교의매개효과를 검증하고, 자기자비가이경로를조절하는 지확인하고자한다. 이를위해국내에거주하는만 19세 이상 45세 미만의영유아기 (만 0-5세) 자녀를 둔 어머니 375명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 각 변인을 측정 하기 위해 친밀관계경험 척도, SNS사회비교경험 유형 척도, 양육불안 척도, 한국판 자기자비척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 SPSS와 PROCESS Macro를 활용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의결과는다음과같다. 첫째, 애착불안, 양육불안및 SNS 사회비교는서로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 자기자비는 이들 변인과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 애착불안과 양육불안의 관계에서 SNS 사회비교의 부분매개효과가 확인되었 다. 셋째, SNS사회비교와 양육불안의 관계에서자기자비의 조절효과는 유의하지않 았다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 한계, 후속 연구의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다. 주요어 : 애착불안, 양육불안, SNS사회비교, 자기자비, 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of SNS social comparison on the relationship between attachment anxiety and parenting anxiety among mothers of infants and toddlers, and to determine whether self-compassion moderates this path. For this purpose, the study was conducted with 375 mothers aged 19 to 45 residing in Korea who have children in infancy or toddlerhood (aged 0-5 years). Data were collected using the Experience in Experience in Close Relationship Revised(ECR-R), the SNS Social Comparison Experience Type Scale, Parenting Axiety Scale, Korean-version of Self-compassion Scale(K-SCS). The research model was tested using SPSS and the PROCESS Macro.
The results of this study are as follows: First, a significant positive correlation was found among attachment anxiety, parenting anxiety, SNS social comparison, and self-compassion. Second, a partial mediating effect of SNS social comparison was confirmed in the relationship between attachment anxiety and parenting anxiety. Third, the moderating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between SNS social comparison and parenting anxiety was not significant. Based on the results of this study, the implications and limitations of the research, as well as the need for future studies, were discussed.
