대학생의 긍정성 공명과 심리적 안녕감의 관계 사회적 유대감과 긍정정서의 이중매개 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

논문개요(초록) 본 연구는 대학생의 긍정성 공명이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하 고 이 관계에서 사회적 유대감과 긍정정서의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. Fredrickson의 확장 및 축적 이론(broaden and build theory)과 긍정 성 공명 이론(positivity resonance theory)을 이론적 기반으로 하여 국내 대학 생 380명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25 와 PROCESS Macro(Model 6; Hayes, 2022)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 긍정성 공명, 사회적 유대감, 긍정정서, 심리적 안녕감과 모 두 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석에서 긍정성 공명은 사회적 유대감을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 단일 매개효과가 유의 하게 나타났으며 사회적 유대감에서 긍정정서로 이어지는 간접효과 또한 유의 하였다. 셋째, 긍정성 공명, 사회적 유대감, 긍정정서, 심리적 안녕감으로 이어 지는 순차적 이중매개 효과가 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 의의 그리고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 주요어 : 긍정성 공명, 사회적 유대감, 긍정정서, 심리적 안녕감, 대학생

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of positivity resonance on psychological well-being among university students and tested the sequential mediating roles of social connectedness and positive emotion in this relationship. Guided by Fredrickson’s broaden-and-build theory and positivity resonance theory, an online survey was administered to 380 Korean university students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and the PROCESS Macro (Model 6; Hayes, 2022), with stress levels statistically controlled. The results showed, first, that positivity resonance, social connectedness, positive emotion, and psychological well-being were all significantly and positively correlated. Second, the mediation analysis revealed that positivity resonance exerted a significant indirect effect on psychological well-being through social connectedness, and that social connectedness further showed a significant indirect effect on positive emotion. Third, a significant sequential (dual) mediating effect was observed across the pathway from positivity resonance to psychological well-being through social connectedness and positive emotion. Based on these findings, the implications, contributions, and directions for future research are discussed.
