정치인의 명리학적 특성연구 : 18대〜22대 총선당선 국회의원 중심으로 = A study on the astrological characteristics of politicians : Focusing on the 18th to 22nd general election elected members of the National Assembly

This study is a study on the four pillars of destiny that are believed to have influenced being elected as a politician [National Assembly member]. Being elected as a politician can refer to various situations, but the most representative and greatest success for aspiring politicians in Korea is being elected in the general election and becoming the highest authority, the president, and then being elected as a National Assembly member representing the region in the general election. Therefore, this paper is a study on the characteristics of destiny of politicians who were elected in the general election and became members of the National Assembly.
What can modern science know about the time of birth of a human? Science would say it cannot know. However, it can distinguish between men and women, draw blood to determine blood type, observe behavior to determine whether a person is introverted or extroverted, compliant or violent, and recently, even classify personality through a self-reported questionnaire. These things are not considered unscientific. This is probably because they repeatedly show the same results.
Humans have come to know the recurring period through observation of the natural phenomenon of the sun rising and setting, and the four seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter naturally repeating, and have been able to predict natural phenomena. Curiosity about the future has led to interest in whether the future of humans can be predicted, and the results of observations of individual human lives have been accumulated by ancient people for a long time. In addition, in order to find the relevant criteria for the observed results, repetitive patterns were discovered and singular points were found based on the criteria of yin and yang, the five elements, and the six kinship systems, and these were recorded and passed on to later generations. In addition, through continuous verification and observation records, the foundation of fortune telling was established through systematic theories and books were written, which continues to this day.
As a result, in order to derive fateful characteristics based on the date of birth, the science of fortune-telling converted a person’s date of birth into a fortune-telling code and was able to specify the relationship through the theories and knowledge of fortune-telling observed and accumulated by the ancestors of the past.
Although the date of birth is a science that cannot provide any clues about a person’s personality and destiny, Myeongrihak is an academic discipline that has the achievement of being able to draw a vague picture of personality and destiny by converting the date of birth into a Myeongrihak code. Of course, the debate over how much it is predictable will continue. However, although it cannot be clearly defined numerically, it is clear that it cannot be said to be completely wrong because it is an academic discipline that has been with humans for a long time and is continuously being studied. However, it is a field that requires continuous research.
This study shows that the fortune-telling culture centered on the four pillars of destiny, which has been around since the past and is still widely practiced today, can contribute to raising awareness of the scientific approach to the four pillars of destiny that is secretly popular in society by analyzing the results of the winners in reverse, even in the absence of a conclusion that “this is it” within the two spectrums of “superstition and science” and “fate and free will.”
Based on theories established so far, the study of fortune telling is also becoming active, with the aim of discovering fortune telling characteristics by studying the commonalities of people belonging to the same group by converting the date of birth of a person into a four-pillar sign and observing it.
The astrological characteristics of members of the National Assembly dealt with in this study are a special occupational field that has special limitations in that it is difficult to define astrological characteristics uniformly and classify occupational aptitudes based on the quality and content of the work alone, as members of the National Assembly enter the profession through various occupational fields.
In addition, the differences in the occupational aptitude characteristics of the elected officials are a barrier that makes it difficult to find differences when looking at the whole as a whole because the differences converge to the average. In order to resolve the research purpose that is obscured by this barrier and to derive differentiation, the characteristics were studied by dividing them into sections according to election characteristics. The aptitude characteristics of the National Assembly members who were successfully elected in these two constituency groups can be used as a clue to increase the probability of predicting future elections.
Many members of the National Assembly are bureaucrats who passed the civil service examination, but some are from the media, others from social movements, or from the administrative departments of the government, and they enter politics through various occupations. Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary to subdivide the classification of politicians’ aptitude for fortune telling through various research reviews, and it also shows the possibility that the classical theories on politicians based on fortune telling should be reinterpreted according to the flow of the times.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정치인[國會議員]으로 당선되는데 영향을 미쳤을 것이라 추축되는 사주명리학적 요소들에 대한 연구이다. 정치인으로 당선이란 여러 상황을 말할 수 있는데, 한국의 정치지망인 들로서 대표적인 최고의 성공은 大選에서 당선하여 최고 권력자 大統領이 되는 것이고, 그 다음은 지역을 대표하는 총선에서의 國會議員의 당선이다. 따라서 본 논문은 총선에서 당선하여 국회의원이 된 정치인들에 대한 명리학적 특성에 관한 연구이다.
현대 과학은 인간의 태어난 때를 가지고 무엇을 알 수 있을까? 과학은 알 수 없다고 할 것이다. 다만 남녀를 구분할 수 있고, 피를 뽑아서 혈액형을 구분할 수 있고, 행동을 관찰하여 내성적인지 외향적인지, 순응적인지 폭력적인지 구분하고, 최근에는 본인 자술적 형식의 설문을 통해 성향을 구분하기도 한다. 이러한 것들은 비과학적이라고 치부하지는 않는다. 반복적으로 동일한 결과를 나타내었기 때문일 것이다.
인간은 해가 뜨고 지고, 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 사계가 자연적으로 반복되고 있다는 자연현상의 관측으로 반복시기를 알게 되며 자연현상에 대한 예측을 할 수 있게 되었고, 미래에 대한 호기심은 사람의 미래도 예측할 수 있는 지에 대한 관심으로 先人들에 의해 오랜 세월 개별적인 인간 삶의 관측 결과들이 축적되어 왔다.
또한 관측된 결과들의 연관되는 기준을 찾기 위해 음양과 오행, 육친의 기준에 의해 반복적인 패턴을 발견하고 특이점을 찾아서 후대에 기록으로 전달되고, 또 지속적인 검증과 관찰 기록으로 명리학의 기초가 되어 체계적인 이론 정립과 서책들이 작성되어 오늘날에 이르고 있다.
그 결과 생년월일을 바탕으로 운명적 특성을 도출해내기 위해 명리학은 인간의 생년월일을 명리학적 부호로 변환하여 과거 선인들에 의해 관찰되고 누적된 명리학적 이론과 지식들에 의해 연관관계를 특정지울 수 있게 되었다.
태어난 생년월일을 가지고 그 사람에 대하여 성격과 운명에 아무런 단서도 제시하지 못하는 과학이지만, 명리학은 생년월일을 명리학적 부호로 변환하여 어렴풋이 성격과 운명에 대하여 그림을 그릴 수 있는 성과를 가지고 있는 학문이다. 물론 어느 정도 예측 가능한 것인지 대한 논란은 끊임없이 이어질 것이다. 그러나 명확하게 수치적으로 정의할 수는 없지만 오랜 세월 인간과 함께 해 온 학문으로 지속적으로 연구되고 있는 것으로 보아 완전히 틀린다고 도 할 수도 없는 것임은 명확하다. 다만 지속적으로 연구가 필요한 분야인 것이다.
그러한 과거부터 함께 해온 술수문화이자 지금도 널리 행해지고 있는, 사주팔자를 중심으로 한 운명예측 문화를 “미신과 과학”, “운명과 자유의지”의 두 가지 스펙트럼 속에서 “이것이다”라는 결론이 없는 가운데에서도 당선자 결과를 역으로 분석하여 사회적으로 은밀히 성행하는 사주명리에 대한 과학적 접근 인식을 높이는데 기여할 수 있음을 보여준다.
명리학은 지금까지 정립된 이론들을 기준으로 인간의 생년월일을 사주 부호로 변환 관측하여 동일 집단에 속한 사람들의 공통점을 연구하여 명리적 특성을 발견하고자 하는 연구도 활성화 되고 있다.
본 연구에서 다루고 있는 국회의원의 명리학적 특성은 타 직업의 적성연구처럼 업무의 質과 내용만으로 특정하기에는 다양한 직업분야를 통해서 國會議員에 진출하는 까닭에 일괄적으로 명리학적인 특성을 정의 내리고 직업적성을 분류하기에는 큰 편차가 발생할 수밖에 없는 특수한 한계를 가지고 있는 직업분야이다.
또한 당선자의 직업적성 특성의 차이가 전체를 포괄적으로 볼 때에는 차이가 평균치에 수렴하여 차이점을 발견하기 어렵게 하는 장벽이 되고 있다. 이러한 장벽으로 연구목적이 가려지는 것을 해소하고 차별화를 도출하기 위해서는 선거 특성에 따라 세분하여 특징에 관하여 연구하였다. 이 두 선거구 집단에서 당선에 성공한 국회의원들의 명리적 특성은 향후 당선을 예측하는 확률을 높일 수 있는 단서로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
국회의원은 고시 등을 통한 관료출신들이 상당수이지만, 언론계통 출신들도 있고, 사회운동 출신, 또는 정권의 행정부 출신 등 다양한 직업군을 통하여 정치인에 진출하게 된다. 때문에 본 연구는 여러 가지 연구검토를 통해 정치인의 명리적성 분류를 세분화 할 필요가 있음을 제시하며, 시대적 흐름에 따른 명리고전 정치인에 관한 고전적 이론들은 재해석되어야 한다는 가능성도 보여준다.
