역내 포괄적 경제 동반자 협정(RCEP)은 중국 주요 기업의 비즈니스 전략과 아시아 태평양 지역 내 중국의 지정학적 위치에 모두 상당한 영향을 미칩니다. 이 연구에서는 중국 기업들이 RCEP를 어떻게 활용하여 공급망을 간소화하고 시장 접근성을 개선하며 경쟁력을 강화했는지 살펴봅니다. 이 연구는 포터의 5 Force 모델, OLI 프레임워크, 자원 기반 관점(RBV) 이론과 같은 사례 연구와 경영전략론 이론을 통해 RCEP의 조항이 중국 기업의 시장 입지를 강화할 수 있는 기회를 어떻게 제공했는지 보여줍니다. 또한 중국이 역내 파트너들과 더 강력한 경제 관계를 구축하고 아시아 태평양 지역에서 미국의 영향력을 약화시키기 위해 RCEP을 사용하는 것은 현실주의 및 연성권력 와 같은 지정학적 이론을 사용하여 검토됩니다. 이 연구의 결과는 RCEP의 경제적, 정치적 이중적 영향을 설명하고 무역 협정이 국가 권력뿐만 아니라 경영 전략을 촉진하는 방법에 대한 통찰을 제시합니다.

Abstract
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has a considerable impact on both the business strategies of major Chinese companies and China's geopolitical position within the Asia-Pacific region. This research examines how Chinese businesses used the RCEP to streamline supply chains, improve market access, and strengthen their competitiveness. Through case studies and strategic management theories like Porter's Five Forces, the OLI framework, and the Resource-based view (RBV) theory,
this study demonstrates how RCEP's provisions have provided opportunities for Chinese businesses to enhance their market presence. Additionally, China's use of RCEP to build stronger economic relations with regional partners and attempt to weaken U.S. influence in the Asia-Pacific region is examined by employing geopolitical theories like
realism and soft power. The findings of this study illustrate the RCEP's dual economic and political implications and offer valuable insights into how trade agreements may promote business strategies as well as state power.
