클라우드 기반 ERP 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

클라우드 기반 ERP 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 이 종 민 IT정책경영학과 숭실대학교 대학원 4차 산업혁명 시대에 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 기업의 IT 인프라를 효율적 으로 구축하고 관리할 수 있는 방법으로 주목받고 있다. ERP 시장은 온 프레미스(구축형)에서 클라우드 및 모바일로 전환되어 시장의 지속적인 성장을 가속화하고 있다. 이전 연구들은 주로 온프레미스 시스템에 초점을 맞추었으며 기업 ERP 채택 사례에 한정 되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 기업의 클라우드 기반 ERP 시스템으로 전환하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 선행 연구를 검토하고, 연구 모델을 설계하며, 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 연구는 설계와 실증 분석을 이주 이론에 근거한 Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) 모델을 활용하여 진행되었다. 기업의 ERP 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사가 진행되었으며, 최종적으로 200개 중 190개의 설문 데이터가 연구에 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 클라우드 기반 ERP 전환의도를 유인하는 Pull 요인인 확장성과 경제성, 최고경영자의 의지 등이 채택으로 대안 매력도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며 기존 시스템에서 새로운 서비스로 유인하는 Push 요인은 시스템 품질 개선과 유연성 개선이 채택으로 불만족 개선에 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 클라우드 기반 ERP 시스템으로 전환의도에서 의사결정은 여러 요소에 의해 영향을 받는다. 이 연구에서는 대안 매력도와 불만족 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 발견했고 정보 보안 문제와 전환 비용과 같은 장애 요인들 중에서 정보 보안이 전환 결정에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구로 기업의 ERP시스템을 클라우드 기반으로 전환하려는 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관하여 유의미하다는 것이 입증되었으므로, 기업에 ERP 사용자와 CIO 등의 경영진에 클라우드 서비스 전환의도에 대한 기준을 제시해 줄 수 있으며, ERP 사업에서 클라우드 서비스로 기술개발 및 새로운 사업의 기회로 활용 할 수 있음을 학술적으로 증명하였다. 향후 연구과제로, 특정 산업군의 서비스 특성을 유경험자 대상으로 연구할 필요가 있다.

A Study on Factors Influencing the Intent to Transition to Cloud-Based LEE, JONG-MIN Department of IT Policy and Management Graduate School of Soongsil University In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, cloud computing is gaining attention as a method for companies to efficiently build and manage their IT infrastructure. The ERP market is transitioning from on-premise (installation-based) systems to cloud and mobile, accelerating continuous market growth. Previous studies mainly focused on on-premise systems and were limited to corporate ERP adoption cases. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the transition of companies to cloud-based ERP systems. To this end, various previous studies were reviewed, a research model was designed, and empirical analysis was conducted. The study utilized the Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) model based on migration theory for both the design and empirical analysis phases. An online survey was conducted targeting ERP users in companies, and out of 200 responses, 190 survey data were ultimately used for the study. The study found that pull factors such as scalability, cost-effectiveness, and the will of top executives, which entice the intention to switch to cloud-based ERP, positively influence the attractiveness of the alternative, while push factors like system quality improvement and flexibility improvement in the system induce dissatisfaction improvement in adoption. The decision to transition to a cloud-based ERP system is influenced by various factors. This study discovered that these factors positively impact the attractiveness of alternatives and dissatisfaction improvement, and among the barrier factors like information security issues and transition costs, information security was analyzed to have a moderating effect on the transition decision. This research proves to be significant in identifying factors that influence the intention to transition to cloud-based ERP in companies, thereby providing a basis for corporate ERP users and CIOs in their decision to switch to cloud services. It also academically proves the opportunity to use cloud services for technological development and new business opportunities in the ERP business. As future research tasks, it is necessary to study the service characteristics of specific industries targeting experienced individuals.
