The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/Window version 25.0 statistical program to calculate the real values, Practice percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study are as follows.

A significant positive correlation was found. Job crafting showed a significant positive correlation in the nursing work Practice environment (r=.69, p<.001) and professional self-esteem (r=.85, p<.001). Professional pride showed a significant positive correlation with the nursing work environment (r=.76, p<.001).
4. Factors influencing the subject's job satisfaction include professional pride (β=.46, p<.001), job crafting(β=.40, p<.001), and age 'over 40'(β=.13, p=.0.26), and the explanatory power for these variables was 74.0% (F=62.57, p<.001).

Therefore, nurses in general hospitals should pursue professional-like competence with a sense of responsibility in nursing work, and enhance their ability to proactively perform their nursing work in line with the changing nursing situation. Nurses need to promote job satisfaction by maintaining a balance between work and life in order to perform their duties well as experts in nursing duties. In addition, in order to respond to the rapidly changing medical environment, it is necessary to grow as a professional by acquiring nursing practice training, nurse refresher training, attending specialized nursing association seminars by department, and learning convergence education. Lastly, it is necessary to increase self-esteem by managing personnel so that they are satisfied.
