With the rapid advancement of information technology, B2B e-commerce platforms are also showing a booming trend. In the mid-1990s, only a few companies made the transaction online. Since 1997, the development of B2B e-commerce platforms has made a significant breakthrough. B2B e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, Global Sources, and Dunhuang.com are various online enterprises. B2B e-commerce platform provides a very convenient platform for transactions. Until now, more and more enterprises have switched from offline to online transactions, dramatically reducing transaction costs. B2B e-commerce platforms have become increasingly popular among enterprises, and more companies have changed their
Iprevious trading patterns. In the past two decades, investment capitals are becoming increasingly optimistic about the development of B2B e-commerce platforms, and B2B platforms have persistently emerged and achieved brilliant results. In recent years, China's computer and network technology have developed rapidly, and the B2B e-commerce platform supports these technologies, which has made significant progress. However, in developing China's B2B e-commerce platform, there are still many problems that would hinder its healthy development.
Presently, government agencies and private companies set up most e-commerce platforms in China. Government platforms are generally established and operated in the form of government websites. E-commerce platforms in China are still those set up by private companies, such as Alibaba and JD.com. The B2B e-commerce platform opened by private enterprises developed rapidly and has prominent profit-seeking characteristics. The adverse effects of the development trend exist at the expense of the commercial industry, which has caused greater instability and regional imbalances to the current economic model reforms, eventually giving rise to the monopoly phenomenon.
As an emerging transaction model, the public welfare B2B e-commerce platform is the same as the B2B e-commerce platform established by private enterprises. I think shortly, and it can also be widely developed on a global scale and gradually become an irresistible force in socio-economic development. With the advent of global commercialization and the information age, B2B e-commerce platforms have penetrated all walks of life in the national economy. In the development of any
IIindustry, in addition to the pursuit of high profits, we should fully consider the low-profit or non-profit industries to ensure the balance of the entire social and economic structure. It is believed that the public welfare B2B e-commerce platform can also penetrate all walks of life in the national economy. More and more groups are accepting this business model because of its convenience and speed. However, because the public welfare of the non-profit B2B e-commerce platform determines the non-profit nature of the platform and serves the industry, it is necessary to invest a lot of money and workforce to establish a public welfare B2B e-commerce platform and mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in public welfare undertakings. It is necessary to quickly establish a sound environment such as laws, policies, logistics, and integrity conducive to the development of B2B e-commerce platforms.
Chinese enterprises have begun to realize the enormous potential of e-commerce. Many enterprises have established their e-commerce platforms but have wasted lots of capital in the course of business. This article conducts research from another perspective on the non-profit B2B platform. There are many studies on B2B e-commerce platforms. However, there is a research literature on non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms. The public welfare B2, B e-commerce platform has not yet been established. This paper studies the influencing factors of adopting public welfare B2B platforms and provides some basis for the possibility and necessity of establishing and developing public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms. In the process of industrial development, both non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms and private B2B e-commerce platforms can develop more healthily simultaneously. I hope that
IIIthe discussion on this topic will play a role in attracting new ideas and make up for the inadequacy of the research on non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms.
So far, the development of e-commerce platforms is more inclined toward private platforms. As a healthy economic and industrial support platform, they generally have the characteristics of typical development of for-profit and public welfare platforms.
The lack of non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms will adversely affect the economic structure and industrial competitiveness.
The development of non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms is affected by critical factors such as law, integrity, logistics, supply, transaction, purchase, and environment. The factors influencing the adoption of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms include the non-profit purpose of the platform and the goal of serving the development of the industry; transaction integrity assurance factors, convenient operation, human resources; information infrastructure construction, and so on. After preliminary interviews and pre-tests, the three most significant factors affecting the adoption of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms were logistics service capabilities, electronic payment capabilities, and corporate training.
This paper systematically sorts out the domestic and foreign research literature on public welfare e-commerce platforms, summarizes the current research results, and finds its shortcomings. The study analyzes the factors influencing the adoption of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms with technology acceptance theory TAM and public welfare theory. On this basis, firstly, the paper investigates the
IVinfluencing factors of the adoption of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms, puts forward the hypotheses, and designs a conceptual model; secondly, the questionnaire was designed according to the adoption willingness model, and descriptive statistical analysis was done. Furthermore, the reliability and validity of the survey data. Degree analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path coefficient standardization research results, and analysis were carried out to verify the validity and reliability of the data and its fitness between the sample data and the measurement model; Again, an empirical analysis of the willingness to adopt public welfare B2B e-commerce platform was carried out with the help of a structural equation model. The study also analyzed the platform logistics service capabilities, electronic payment capabilities, and corporate training influence the intention to adopt non-profit B2B e-commerce platforms through the mediating role of perceived usefulness. The influence path coefficients were estimated, and the initial hypothesis was theoretically verified; Finally, the full text was summarized, and the research results provided some insights. It puts forward the willingness to adopt public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms, prospects, and suggestions for accelerating the establishment of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms. The research results show that:(1) The willingness to adopt public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms is a rational choice made by enterprises that adapt to the Internet economy and new business models;(2) The hypothesis passes the theoretical test, and the variables of electronic payment ability and corporate training have a significant impact on the willingness of enterprises to adopt through perceived usefulness; Moreover, the logistics service capability has no significant impact.(3)
VThe questionnaire data is reliable and stable, and the sample data has a high degree of fit with the measurement model; (4) Perceived usefulness plays an essential role in the factors that affect the adoption of public welfare B2B e-commerce platforms.
