In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has gradually emerged, showing a high-speed development trend, becoming a new driving force to change the development mode of foreign trade and promote economic growth. With the development of regional cooperation and the reform of trade policies of various countries, regional synergetic cross-border e-commerce has emerged quietly, and pushed the world trade to a new stage of development, which has attracted the attention of academia. Although the research on the Regional Synergetic Cross-border E-commerce Ecosystem(RSCEE) is emerging, it is all aimed at cross-border e-commerce ecosystem of specific synergetic region, lacking the research on its general characteristics and development laws. With the increasing influence of cross-border e-commerce on foreign trade development mode and economic growth, how to promote the rapid and healthy development of RSCEE has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically study its general characteristics and development laws.
Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper constructs the regional collaborative cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, which is to clarify the connotation of RSCEE, including the concept of the regional collaborative cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, analysis of its main characteristics and structure. From the perspective of composition structure, the RSCEE is composed of environment, leading species, key species, supporting species and parasitic species; affected by the differences in economic development level, regional policy and other environmental factors, different regions form cross-border e-commerce ecological communities with different characteristics. From the perspective of nutrition structure, the RSCEE mainly includes the core business chain, supporting service chain and peripheral industry chain, and there is a corresponding relationship between the ecological chain and the population, that is, the core business chain is the nutrition structure of the key species, the supporting service chain is the nutrition structure of the supporting species, and the peripheral industry chain is the nutrition structure of the parasitic species. On this basis, the evolution mechanism of RSCEE is studied. The research shows that the development of RSCEE is not only affected by the environmental factors, the cooperation and competition within the population and the synergetic symbiosis among the populations, but also by the synergetic symbiosis among the communities formed in each region, and the synergetic symbiosis among the communities is an important factor affecting the development of RSCEE; its evolution is the result of the game between environment and components, components and components, especially the synergitic development between regional ecological communities has an important impact on the evolution of RSCEE; its evolution process is gradual process, including four stages: synergetic construction, synergetic expansion, synergetic co-opetition, synergetic innovation.
In different stages of evolution, RSCEE shows different characteristics. In order to measure the development level of the RSCEE quantitatively, according to the synergetics theory and the evolution characteristics of the RSCEE, the development level measurement model of the RSCEE is constructed. Due to the different characteristics of the different stages of the RSCEE, the way to promote its healthy and rapid development is also different.
The cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is taken as an example to apply the above-mentioned RSCEE theory. This paper analyzes the environmental and species status quo of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the impact of its basic relationship, and uses the development level measurement model of the RSCEE to quantitatively measure its development level. The results show that the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is in the stage of synergetic expansion. On the advance of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, policy support and supervision, scientific and technological innovation, cross-border logistics support and integrated service system construction will be valued, and the focal point will be strengthening regional synergy by building regional core competitiveness, rational positioning and dislocation development.
