중, 고등학교 엘리트 유도선수의 운동열정과 심리적 욕구가 운동성과에 미치는 영향 = (The) Effects of exercise passion and psychological needs on athletic performance among elite judo players in middle and high school

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 중, 고등학교 엘리트 유도선수들의 운동열정과 심리적 욕구가 운동성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 2018년 - 2019년 대한유도회 선수를 등록한 남, 여 중, 고등학교 유도선수를 대상으로 2018년 – 2019년 대한유도회 사업계획 일정에 기준으로 제99회 전국체육대회, 2018 회장기전국유도대회, 2019 생활체육 전국유도대회, 2019 순천만 국가 전원컵 전국유도대회, 2019 용인대학교 총장기 전국 남, 여 중, 고등학교 유도대회, 2019 청풍기 전국유도대회에 참가한 남, 여 중, 고등학교 유도선수 300명을 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이중 설문지의 답변이 불성실하다고 판단되는 문항이 있는 설문지 35부를 제외한 남자선수, 155명, 여자선수 110명 총인원 265명을 이용하였다.1) 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 성별의 차이에서는 운동열정, 운동성과에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 욕구의 하위요인
중 관계성 욕구요인에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 소속의 차이에서는 운동열정, 심리적 욕구, 운동성과에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 운동경력의 차이에서는 운동열정, 운동성과에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 욕구에서는 유능성 욕구, 자율성 욕구에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 입상경력의 차이에서는 운동열정, 운동성과에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 요구는 유능성 욕구, 자율성 욕구요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 5) 중, 고등학교 엘리트 유도선수들의 운동열정이 심리적 욕구의 하위요인인 관계성, 유능성, 자율성 요인 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 6) 중, 고등학교 엘리트 유도선수들의 조화열정은 생활성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향은 미치는 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 강박열정은 생활성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동열정이 경기력,경기성과, 팀성과에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 7) 중, 고등학교 엘리트 유도선수들의 심리적 욕구는 운동성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 있는 는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of exercise passion and psychological needs on athletic performance among elite judo players in middle and high school. For this purpose, the investigator applied the convenience random sampling technique to the- 69 - population of male and female judo players in middle and high school registered at the Korea Judo Association as players in 2018 - 2019.
A survey was conducted with 300 male and female judo players in middle and high school that participated in a series of competitions according to the business plan and schedule of the Korea Judo Association in 2018 - 2019 including the 99th National Sports Festival, 2018 National Judo Tournament for the Chairman's Flag,
2019 National Judo Tournament as Life Sports, 2019 National Judo Tournament for the National Cup of Suncheon Bay, 2019 National Judo Tournament for Male and Female Players in Middle and High
School for the President's Flag of Yong In University, and 2019 National Judo Tournament for the Cheongpung Flag. After excluding 35 questionnaires containing sincere or missing responses, the
investigator used total 265 including 155 by male players and 110 by female players in final analysis. Based on methodologies and findings, the study reached the following conclusions:
1) The study examined gender differences according to sociode mographic characteristics and found no statistically significant differences according to exercise passion and athletic performance between male
and female players. Of the subfactors of psychological needs, only need for relationship showed statistically significant differences between them.
2) As for differences in organizations where players belonged according to sociodemographic characteristics, there were statistically significant- 70 - differences according to exercise passion, psychological needs and
athletic performance.
3) As for differences in exercise career according to sociodemographic characteristics, there were statistically significant differences according to exercise passion and athletic performance. There were also
statistically significant differences according to need for competence and autonomy of psychological needs.
4) As for differences in award career according to sociodemographic characteristics, there were statistically significant differences according to exercise passion and athletic performance. The study also found
statistically significant differences according to need for competence and autonomy of psychological needs.
5) The exercise passion of elite judo players in middle and high school had statistically significant effects on all the subfactors of psychological needs including relationship, competence and autonomy.
6) Their harmonious passion had no statistically significant impacts on their life performance, and their obsessive passion had statistically significant impacts on it. Exercise passion had statistically significant
influences on their performance, game outcomes, and team outcomes.
7) Their psychological needs had statistically significant influences on their athletic performance.
