This work aims to analyses the patterns of individualism and collectivism dimension if there is a variation within the Angolan context , in order to understand the effects that an individualist or collective mentality can exert on individuals in ways that are factors in generating income and how multinational corporations can enter in Angola market (Moxico and Luanda) , the types of strategies they have to create to be successful in the collectivist region either in the individualistic region. It will also evaluate the political evolution of the country and between the politic, the culture, the education and the social development. For that, a study was made on what the literature presents about the concepts of government, the political systems that have been developed in Angola, the meaning of individualism and collectivism and finally an analysis was made regarding the educational system developed in the country. It sought to understand the central aspects that have influenced the structuring of the people behaves, as a result of all the cultural, personal and community influence. Through the model created by Vandello and Cohen’s American Collectivism Index we chose four item index to analyze the collectivism in Angola using: (1) percentage of people living alone (2) Ratio of people carpooling to work to driving alone, (3) percentage elderly people living alone, (4) Percentage of households with grandchildren in them (R).We analyzed these indicators between provinces in Angola. To get the scores analyzed we used Reliability and correlation matrix analysis using SPSS program. The cluster was analyzed using the 18 provinces in four that showed that Angolans province tend to be collectivist and very different from each other because of the culture.
