Human resources have become a key factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage and improve corporate performance. At the same time, the role of corporate culture in the realization of corporate strategic goals has also received more and more attention. Enterprise culture and human resource management are the two wings of enterprise development. They play an important role in promoting corporate management and development.
