다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to reestablish and reconstruct records management, record professionals should first strengthen their professional ethics as professionals and secure public trust by enhancing their professional skills in records management. In order to enhance professionalism of recording experts and enhance job ethics, the Commission began by asking not only its own efforts but also social support, and how the Association of Recording Professionals in Korea, a community of recording experts, could apply.
This study focused on the need to support the enhancement of professionalism of record experts, advocacy of rights and professional ethics of record experts, and the current status of the Korea Record Experts Association, the first step in establishing and rebuilding records management and securing public trust of record experts' trust. The problems of the composition of association members derived after the status analysis were analyzed as a result derived from the limitations of the operation of the project and discussed the need for the Korea Record Experts Association to promote professionalism, protect rights and enhance professional ethics. To that end, the Society of American Architects in the U.S. and the Archives & Records Association in the U.K. were first introduced to the Association of Foreign Recording Experts after analyzing the specific programs of the Association of Korean Professionals and the Korean Library Association, which are related to the promotion of professionalism and rights, promotion of professional ethics, and the analysis of the three categories.
