노동조합 기록 생산단계 매뉴얼 구축 방안 : 민주노총 경남지역본부 사례를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

After the advent of post-modernism, the research of records expanded into 'record from below'. Along with the change of trends in the concerned studies, records of labor unions are gaining spotlight. Labor unions, in particular, are noteworthy that they produce dynamic records based on a diversity of contexts upon their sites’ requirements and circumstances. In order to organize the records devised by these labor unions systematically, stipulating the records production stage is indispensable. Recognizing the significance of the records production stage and coordinating the manual would capacitate comprehending the contexts in certain processes. Hence this is expected to extensively support the processes in substance. Moreover, this will enable the unbiased delivery of the memories of labor unions in historical aspects as well.
Korean Confederation of Trade Unions KyeongNam Regional Council(KCTUKNRC) is located in Changwon, where labor campaigns are actively performed. KCTUKNRC is one of the representative labor union of Changwon, carrying on the spirit of labor democracy, and takes a part as the control tower of other labor unions belonging to Korean Confederation of Trade Unions(KCTU) in Kyeongnam province. Their records, being both the history of labor and community, is closely associated with the regional history. Case analysis of KCTUKNRC is crucial since organizing their records from production stage would preserve the memory and history methodically, resulting in considerable benefits to both the labor and community histories.
Therefore the present study established a manual of labor union’s records production stages, with the case of KCTUKNRC. The manual aims to be applied in KCTUKNRC in practice, therefore is composed in substantive and convenient courses. We anticipate introducing such manual of records production stage leads to gaining general awareness of record management and expanding associated regulations within KCTUKNRC.
