어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 파괴적 행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Smartphone Dependency of Preschool Children in the Relationships between Mother’s Smartphone Dependency and Disruptive Behaviors of Preschool Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 파괴적 행동과 하위 요인에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 파괴적 행동과 하위요인에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 매개효과를 검증하였다.
본 연구는 영유아 스마트기기 의존 개입 프로젝트의 자료(김지은, 2017; 김혜원, 2017; 백다현, 2017)를 2차 자료로 활용하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역에 소재한 어린이집 및 유치원에 재원 중인 만 3세에서 6세의 유아며 부모 보고식 설문지 439부를 사용하였다. 연구도구는 성인 스마트폰 과의존 척도, 유아동 스마트폰 과의존 척도, 아이버그 아동행동 척도(ECBI)를 사용하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 심할 때 유아의 파괴적 행동이 심하였다.
둘째, 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 심할 때 유아의 파괴적 행동 하위요인 반항적, 부주의, 품행문제 행동이 심하였다.
셋째, 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 파괴적 행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 부분매개효과가 유의하였다.
넷째, 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 반항적, 품행문제 행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 부분매개효과가 유의하였다.
다섯째, 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 부주의 행동에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 완전매개효과가 유의하였다.
이처럼 본 연구에서는 어머니의 스마트폰 의존이 유아의 파괴적 행동과 하위요인에 미치는 영향에서 유아의 스마트폰 의존의 매개효과를 검증하였다는 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of smartphone dependency of preschool children in the relationships between mother’s smartphone dependency and disruptive behaviors subfactor, total score of preschool children. The project data(Jieun Kim, 2017; Hye-won Kim, 2017; Dahyun Baik, 2017) for intervene smart devices dependency of preschool children was used as secondary data. The participants were 439 preschool children aged 3 to 6 years in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. Adult Smartphone Overdependence Scale, Child Smartphone Overdependence Scale, Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory(ECBI) were used as measuring tools. The results of the study are as follows.
First, mother’s smartphone dependency influenced disruptive behaviors of preschool children.
Second, mother’s smartphone dependency influenced oppositional behavior, inattentive behavior, conduct problem of preschool children.
Third, smartphone dependency of preschool children partially mediated the effects of mother’s smartphone dependency on disruptive behaviors of preschool children.
Forth, smartphone dependency of preschool children partially mediated the effects of mother’s smartphone dependency on oppositional behavior, conduct problem of preschool children.
Lastly, smartphone dependency of preschool children completely mediated the effects of mother’s smartphone dependency on inattentive behavior of preschool children.
In conclusion, the significance of this study is a result that smartphone dependency of preschool children partially mediated the effects of mother’s smartphone dependency on disruptive behaviors of preschool children.
