This study starts with a large framework for studying the background and characteristics of each period of how the United States immigration policies have changed historically. First of all, it examines various theoretical backgrounds of immigration and tries to understand its historical significance. It compares the theoretical background with the theory of assimilation, multiculturalism and examines the political theories of immigration. It focused on anti-immigration policy of Trump administration, which is the biggest issue to clarify the attitude to the changes in direction of immigration policies.
